Its hexadecimal identifier is EC, and its number is 017, making it a hybrid of Pidgeotto because of the similar type combination and moveset. It can only be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Umbreon. It becomes a Glitch (EC) when traded to Red and Blue.
