is a Glitch-type glitch Pokémon found in Yellow. It can only be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Granbull.
If the Mew glitch is attempted with the special stat of 249, the player will fight a glitch Trainer that will claim "d is trying to learn" for a long period of time until the game eventually freezes.
shares the sprite of Yellow MissingNo., which also has a high tendency of freezing the game.
