Upper Hand (Japanese: はやてがえし Quick Hand Reversal) is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation IX.
Effect
If the target is about to use a move with increased priority, Upper Hand will strike first and cause the target to flinch. Upper Hand will fail if the target isn't about to use an increased priority move.
