Location Location of Pokémon League in Alola.
|
The Pokémon League (Japanese: ポケモンリーグ Pokémon League) of Alola is the location of the region's Alola Elite Four, who may only be challenged after clearing all seven Island challenges and all four Island Kahunas. It is located at the summit of Mount Lanakila on Ula'ula Island.
Structure
The League is built at the summit of Mount Lanakila over where the final island challenge was used to be held. According to Kukui, it is built on the highest place in Alola and closest to the sunS/moonM in order to honor and respect SolgaleoS/LunalaM.
The Main Chamber is a large room shaped in a half-circle with paths leading to each Elite Four member's Chamber. When a member of the Elite Four is defeated, a light will flow from that Chamber to a platform in the Main Chamber. Once all four Chambers feed light into the Main Chamber, the platform will teleport the player to the Champion's Chamber.
Following the tradition since Generation V, the Elite Four can be challenged in any order.
Fighting Chamber
The Fighting Chamber can be accessed through the leftmost path of the Main Chamber. In the Fighting Chamber, Hala greets the player as one of the trainers chosen to reign as Elite Four in Alola. Two fists made of light then emerge from the pedestal behind Hala and the arena becomes closed off, preventing the player from leaving.

The Champion Chamber is located at the topmost part of the league, surrounded by transparent crystal-like windows, which shows the scenery of sky and land of Alola clearly. The arena is shaped the same like the ones in the Elite Four Chambers, but instead of pedestals where the Elite Four stand at the other side of the arena, a champion throne exists. Once the player sit down at the throne, Kukui will appear and challenge the player to ensure the player's capability and as the celebration for the beginning of the new Alola Pokémon League.
