Marimaru's Love Story (Japanese: ???, Marimaru's Love Story), is the eighth chapter of the ninth volume of Magical Pokémon Journey.

Synopsis

Marimaru's meeting some old friends of hers, and they all seem so proud of their boyfriends. Feeling a bit pressured, Marimaru convinces Squirtle to pretend to be her beau.
