Chris Fritz, or Meowth346 was the owner of Pokémon Forever, "an English-language hobby and fan site", until closing the site in July of 2005. He was regarded as one of the foremost experts on game mechanics, and had been a fan of Pokémon since 1996, when Pokémon Red and Green were first released.
