(Japanese: ペンドラー Pendra) is a dual-type Bug/Poison Pokémon introduced in Generation V.
It evolves from Hoiiga starting at level 30. It is the final form of Fushide.
Biology
Physiology
Pendra is a centipede-like Pokémon, with bright magenta coloration interspersed with purple rings spaced evenly along its segmented upper body. Its horns, extending from its head in a similar way to antennae, are long and slightly twisted. Purple banding decorates its horns, as well as its similarly-shaped dual tails. It has four pairs of purple-tipped forelegs, capable of injecting poison. Its legs further down its body are longer, with curved black patterns and black tipping on the extremities of the limb.
Gender differences
None.
Special abilities
The claws on its neck can inject powerful poison that could paralyze or kill any Pokémon who got contacted with it.
Behavior
Pendra are very aggressive, and will chase down its enemies with its horns. It gives no mercy to its opponent until it strikes the final blow.

Major appearances
A wild Pendra appeared in BW009. Iris's Kibago fell out of a tree and got caught in Pendra's antennae. This startled Pendra and caused it to go on a rampage, until Iris's Doryuzu decided to defeat it with its Drill Liner attack.

Trivia
- Measuring up to 2.5 meters long, Pendra is the largest of all the Template:Type2 Pokémon ever debuted.
- Pendra may be considered a parallel to Beedrill. Both are three stage evolutionary families and both have a Bug/Poison type as their final form.
Origin
Pendra's species shows that it was inspired by the centipede, most likely the Scolopendra heros arizonensis. However, other than the barbs on its head and backside, Pendra has more in common with millipedes, most likely a red Archispirostreptus gigas, a species of millipede often kept as a pet.
Name origin
Pendra's name derives from Scolopendra, a genus of centipedes.
