Ash and friends are excited to check out the famed Poké Ball Factory outside of Anistar City! But the tour goes awry when their tour guides turn out to be none other than Team Rocket. When Pikachu escapes Team Rocket’s clutches, it’s up to Ash’s best friend to save the day!

==Plot==

The episode begins with {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} arriving to [[Poké Ball Factory]]. A disguised Team Rocket welcomes them, who takes them on a tour of the factory. They eventually trick Ash and his friends into giving them their Pokémon by putting their Poké Balls in the Poké Ball case in order to steal their Pokémon. Since Pikachu hates Poké Balls, Team Rocket asks Ash to put Pikachu in a separate case, and Meowth asks for Pikachu's Poké Ball to go along with it. Ash and his friends go to a storage room and get locked inside. Team Rocket then reveals themselves and say their motto.

Additionally, there are long, hair-like fins above its eyes, which begin thin and thicken towards the tips. These eyebrows extend to almost half of Milotic's body length, and will be longer on the female than the male. On top of its relatively small head is a straight spike. Running down either side of its neck are three black dots, similar to gills. Its lower body is a patterning of blue and pink, diamond-shaped scales outlined with black. The tail consists of four large, blue fins with pink ovals in their centers. Each of the tail fins overlaps the next slightly, causing it to resemble a fan. While it has not been depicted, Milotic's scales are said to change color depending on the viewing angle.

Milotic is said to be the most beautiful of all Pokémon. When there are fights going on, it has the power to calm angry feelings and end arguments by releasing a wave of energy. * In many ways, Milotic is the counterpart of {{p|Gyarados}}. Both are the serpentine evolved forms of weak fish Pokémon, and both appear in times of conflict, Milotic to calm, Gyarados to destroy. Both have base stat totals of 540, the only difference being the distribution of their {{stat|Attack}}, {{stat|Special Attack}} and {{stat|Special Defense}} stats.

It's less likely that Milotic's based off the Loch Ness monster. Milotic resembles more of a sea serpent than ol' Nessie (and Nessie is a dinosaur.) Are we certain Milotic's beauty *has* to be maxed out for it to evolve? My Milotic evolved when it had high beauty, but when I take it to Slateport's fanclub guy, he refuses to give me the Blue Scarf, which he gives you when your Pokemon has a high Beauty rating! So, if my Milotic has to have max Beauty, shouldn't it be high enough to earn the Scarf? Unless I'm missing something, it seems Milotic's Beauty just has to be *high*, not maxed out, to evolve. I'm always weary of adding trivia, but maybe we should add that this is a pokemon whose pre-evolution form is found in the HG/SS({{p|Feebas}}, in the [[Quiet Cave]] Pokéwalker route) but is still only obtainable by trade(since there are no contests stats on HG/SS)?

He later just applied the shiny palette to the already badly paletted sprite, which resulted in the antenas being recoloured too, when in the game this doesn't happen.
