If an opponent uses a move with increased priority (including moves boosted by Prankster or Gale Wings) that targets the Pokémon with Armor Tail or its allies, Armor Tail prevents the Pokémon from executing that move (PP is still consumed). As such, the opponent can only target the Pokémon with Armor Tail or its allies using a move with decreased priority or a move without any.
Moves that target all Pokémon (except Perish Song) and moves that target the opponent's side of the field cannot be blocked by Armor Tail, even if they become priority moves. Armor Tail has no effect on allies' priority moves.

Mold Breaker, Turboblaze, and Teravolt will ignore this Ability.
Priority moves called using Instruct retain their original priority, and are blocked by Armor Tail. Non-priority moves called using Instruct with increased priority (for example, if the Instruct-user has Prankster similarly retain their original priority and are not blocked.
Priority moves called using any moves that call other moves are not blocked by Armor Tail. Moves that target the opponent called using any moves that call other moves with increased priority will be blocked regardless of their base priority value.
Using a boosted attack or move grants 1 stack of Queenly Majesty to the user. ::I think there is one problem with the word "usual" in the sentence. Usual seems to at least imply a majority or a larger group of the berries than the rest. However, comparing the list that Dennou Zenshi provided to the Generation V berries, there are only nine berries out of sixty-four berries that this ability can be used with. The type-resistant Berries take up a larger space on the list than the ones provided. I think that a list should be provided on which berries are affected by the ability. --Super goku (talk) 23:29, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
Affected Berries (Gen IX)
In order to test what berries interacted with the ability, I set up an Appletun that was 1 HP away from being put in the 50% range (173/344), and then encountered wild Pokémon that would deal guaranteed 1 damage to it next to Los Platos.

The process was to take damage, activate the berry, reset the game, swap to a different berry and repeat. All berries in the table proved to be affected.

Effect
In battle
Gluttony causes the Pokémon to eat Berries that would normally be eaten at 25% HP or lower to be eaten at 50% HP or lower instead. It has no effect on Berries that activate at other HP thresholds (such as the Oran Berry, which is normally eaten at 50% HP or less) or Berries with non-HP-related trigger conditions (such as the Leppa Berry and Lum Berry).
Affected Berries
Gen IX
In Generation VII, the Berries that may cause confusion, such as the Figy Berry and Mago Berry, are now eaten at 25% HP or less instead of being eaten at 50% HP or less, so are now affected by Gluttony.

Effect
