Pokémon Sword and Shield: Flying Pikachu was one of the variants available during the 2020 Pokémon anniversary event. It was distributed with a special code.
In-Game Use:

Flying Pikachu functions like any other Pokémon that knows the move Fly. It can be used to fast-travel to any previously visited Pokémon Center or town/city.
Trivia:

Flying Pikachu became a fan-favorite due to its unconventional move for a Pikachu and has been featured in various official Pokémon art and merchandise.
The idea of Pikachu using balloons to fly has been depicted in various Pokémon media, including the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Surfing Pikachu

How to Obtain: Players can obtain a Pikachu that knows the move Surf by winning the Master Ball division of the Pokémon Stadium game. This Pikachu can be transferred to Pokémon Yellow.
Purpose: With a Pikachu that knows Surf in Pokémon Yellow, players can access the special mini-game: Pikachu's Beach.
Pikachu's Beach Mini-game

Location: The mini-game can be accessed on Route 19.
How to Play:
Once you have the Surfing Pikachu, talk to the man standing by the beach on Route 19.
Players will control Pikachu as it surfs along waves, performing tricks and dodging obstacles.
The objective is to score as many points as possible.
Points are earned by doing tricks and jumps. Timing and execution are key.
Scoring:

Small Jump: 20 points
Big Jump: 50 points
360 Spin: 100 points
Obstacles: Hitting obstacles will deduct points from your total score.
Rewards:

High scores will earn players special in-game praise and might even have in-game NPCs acknowledge your skill.
Trivia:
