Sky Drop (Japanese: フリーフォール Freefall) is a damage-dealing Flying move introduced in Generation V. It has been TM58 since Generation V.

Effect
Generation V
On the turn it is selected, Sky Drop brings the target to the air. While in the air, both the user and the target will be unable to take action and will avoid any move targeted at them except Gust, Thunder, Twister, Sky Uppercut, Hurricane, Smack Down, if the user has ensured a hit with Lock-On or Mind Reader, or any move used by a Pokémon with No Guard. If a Pokémon that is in the air has No Guard, it can be hit by any Pokémon. The next turn, the target is thrown down and receives damage. Sky Drop can hit non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles.

Sky Drop will fail if the target has a substitute, while the target is already semi-invulnerable via moves such as Fly and Bounce or another Sky Drop, and when Gravity is in effect. Gravity will also cancel Sky Drop. Sky Drop does no damage to Flying Pokémon, but it will still pick them up (making them unable to move) on its first turn.

If a Pokémon in a chain of Thrash, Outrage, or Petal Dance is brought up with Sky Drop, the Pokémon will discontinue using the move when freed, but will then become confusion due to fatigue at the end of the turn anyway.

Protect can guard against the initial use of the move but any attempts to try and use Protect to avoid damage when already in the air will fail.

Sky Drop can target allies, but will fail when attempting to perform the move on them.

Sky Drop is unaffected by the Power Herb.

In a Rotation Battle, if the target Pokémon is rotated out on the second turn of Sky Drop, the Pokémon will be dropped into their new rotated position and take no damage, while the rotated in Pokémon still gets to attack.
<!--The target may also be hit in the air if it was previously targeted by Lock-On or Mind Reader, and then struck the following turn. (This needs to be tested) -->

Generation VI
Targets weighing at least 440.9 lbs. (200 kg) cannot be lifted by Sky Drop, causing the move to fail.
Glitch
Sky Drop glitch
In Black and White, a glitch in Double and Triple Battles can cause a Pokémon to become stuck in the semi-invulnerable state when Sky Drop is used. The glitch is activated when Gravity is used while two Pokémon are in the semi-invulnerable state after the use of Sky Drop. Gravity will bring the user of Sky Drop down while the target will be stuck in the semi-invulnerable state, unable to move until it is knocked out or hit with one of the moves listed above. Because of the glitch, Sky Drop has been banned in Wi-Fi Random Matches since November 10, 2010 and all subsequent official tournaments. While it was fixed in Black 2 and White 2, it is still banned in Wi-Fi Random Matches and official tournaments using these games.
Hayley (Japanese: ユカリ Yukari) is a friend of Bebe and the host of My Pokémon Ranch. Her appearance seems to be based on a midwestern American farmer. Her appearance in-game is created from Wii's Mii avatar system.

Every day that the player visits their ranch, Hayley brings a Pokémon to the ranch. Sometimes she will bring a special Pokémon that she will trade to the player in exchange for a Wanted Pokémon. These Pokémon may know moves as the result of breeding or by using a Technical Machine. She also gives the player a Phione in exchange for a Leafeon when the Ranch reaches level 15, and a Mew in exchange for an Egg when it reaches level 25.

In the games
Hayley founded and opened up a ranch, devoting it to Pokémon. She allows Trainers to deposit their Pokémon in her ranch for safe keeping. Like her good friend, Bebe, Hayley wishes to collect and analyze different Pokémon. Her dream is to build the world's biggest ranch, collecting information and data about all Pokémon, with the player's help. Initially, the ranch can hold no more than 999 Pokémon, but once this target is reached, an upgrade allows storage of up to 1500 Pokémon. Once a player has stored Pokémon for the first time, Hayley will take the player's Pokédex data and from it, request "Wanted Pokémon"; Pokémon that are not yet in the player's Pokédex. If all of a player's Wanted posts expire, Hayley will occasionally ask the player to connect their DS so new ones can be made.

Pokémon
Hayley's trades
Not only does Hayley take care of the player's Pokémon on the ranch, but she also owns her own Pokémon, which she can trade for the player's Pokémon on the ranch. Whenever the player brings in one of the "Wanted Pokémon" in the game My Pokémon Ranch, Hayley will offer to trade one of her Pokémon for it, and the Pokémon received will know a TM move, Egg move, or have something else that makes them unique. Although she can bring almost any type of Pokémon to the ranch on any given day, only the Pokémon listed here will be offered. All of these Pokémon will have the OT Hayley (English), ユカリ (Japanese), EULALIE (French), EUKALIA (Germany), GIULIA (Italian), EULALIA (Spanish) and the Trainer ID number 01000.

She also owns some highly rare, legendary Pokémon as well: Phione and Mew. Once 250 Pokémon are present on the ranch, it will expand and jump to a new level. When this level is reached, she will add a new Pokémon to the "Wanted" board, Leafeon. When Leafeon is brought to the ranch, she will offer to trade it for her Phione. When 999 Pokémon are present, the ranch will expand and jump to level 25, the maximum level. Once this level is reached, a new wanted Pokémon will be added. Hayley now asks for any Pokémon Egg. When the Egg is brought, she will offer to trade it for her Mew.
Togetic (Japanese: トゲチック Togechick) is a dual-type Pokémon.

It evolves from Togepi when leveled up with high happiness, which evolves into Togekiss when exposed to a Shiny Stone.

Biology
Physiology
Togetic are dainty Pokémon that are small in stature. The eggshell they had as a Togepi is now gone, but they still bear a red and blue triangular ring pattern on their bodies. They also now have a relatively long neck and long legs and a pair of wings on their backs, giving them a vaguely angelic appearance.

Gender differences
None.

Special abilities
They can sense the kindness in other people and Pokémon's hearts. This ability is similar to Blissey's. They also have the ability to float on the air without moving their wings much and spread happiness with their presence. Togetic also bring good fortune.

Like other Normal Pokémon, Togetic is capable of learning a wide variety of moves by TMs, such as Sunny Day and Rain Dance. Due to once being the fully-evolved part of its line, it is also capable of learning Hyper Beam.

Behavior
Whenever they spot a pure-hearted person, they tend to go to that person and shower them with happiness and glowing down called "joy dust". To share its happiness, it is said to fly around the world seeking kind- hearted people. If it is not with kind people, however, it becomes dispirited and loses energy.

Habitat
Togetic have not been found in the wild. However, if they do live in the wild, they would probably live in a secluded area, like their Togepi. Secluded areas sometimes go undiscovered, so this might explain why no Togetic have been found in the wild.
Major appearances
Misty's Togetic
Misty's Togepi evolved into a Togetic in A Togepi Mirage. Misty then left it in the Mirage Kingdom.

Other
Minor appearances
A Togetic appeared in Playing the Performance Encore! as one of the Pokémon entered in the Daybreak Contest.

In the manga
Pokémon Adventures
Prior to the events of 9, Jasmine left two Togetic in the Pokémon Day Care Center near Goldenrod City. The egg that was born from them was passed on to Professor Elm for research, who then passed it on to Gold. The egg eventually hatched into a Togepi.

In the HeartGold & SoulSilver, Togebo evolved into a Togetic and then into a Togekiss.
Trivia
*Though it is a Generation II Pokémon, Togetic did not make its anime debut until the Generation III saga.
**Togetic is the most recent Generation II Pokémon to make a debut in the anime, and the last if Porygon2's appearance in the Pokérap GS is counted.
*Togetic, along with Togekiss, are the only Flyings that learn Metronome.
*As of Generation V, no other Pokémon have same dual egg group as Togetic and its Togekiss. In this case, both in Flying and Fairy are unique.
*Togetic shares the same species name with Blissey. They are both known as Happiness Pokémon.
*Togetic and its evolution, Togekiss, along with Yanma, Yanmega, Giratina, and Smeargle (by Sketch), are the only Pokémon that can learn all three variations of AncientPower.

Origin
Togetic's design appears to draw inspiration from a fairy, a baby bird, and an egg.

Name origin
The toge in Togetic's name is 刺, spike, and the tic is from an alternate transliteration of the corresponding part in its Japanese name, chick, as in chick.

Tapin: Eon Pokémon encounter suggestion didn't make sense; substituting a more sensical strategy.

Now that the Elite Four has been defeated it is time for you to see all the remaining things that can be done at this point.

Eon Pokémon
Once you start your save file again you should be in your room at your house in Littleroot Town. Go downstairs and your father should be there. He gives you a present from your old friend Mr. Briney, the S.S. Ticket for the S.S. Tidal and suggests you go to the Battle Tower, before leaving for the Petalburg Gym. Also look at the TV and it states their is a flying Pokémon traveling around Hoenn which is LatiosRu or LatiasSa. From this point on you have a chance of finding one of these Roaming Pokémon, whose primary color is the opposite of the game color of the version you are using (Blue for Ruby and Red for Sapphire). To get the other one you must use either the other version or get the event-exclusive Eon Ticket to Southern Island, a special Nintendo event-only island.

Since the Pokémon change locations when a boundary is crossed (such as entering or exiting a building), one viable strategy for increasing encounters with the Eon Pokémon is to find a grass patch near a building, such as Route 117 near the Pokémon Day Care or the southern end of Route 110 near the entrance to Seaside Cycling Road. Use a Repel (of any strength) and bunny hop on the Acro Bike in the grass. If the Eon Pokémon doesn't appear within a minute or so, enter and exit the nearby building to change the area the Eon Pokémon is currently visiting, and repeat the process. Once you've encountered the Pokémon the first time, its current location will be visible in your Pokédex.
S.S Tidal
With the S.S. Ticket in your hand you can board the S.S. Tidal in Slateport City or Lilycove City. This ship can transport between both cities or to the Battle Tower. If you choose the Battle Tower there it quickly takes you there, but if you choose either of the two cities you can actually go inside of it.

The S.S. Tidal is in command of old friend Mr. Briney who previously helped you got across the ocean between Slateport, Dewford City and Petalburg City. Mr. Briney was made the honorary captain by Captain Stern (though it was first referenced if you head to Stern's Shipyard in Slateport after the Team MagmaRu/AquaSa encounter).
You can also go collect a few items namely 49 from the cabin directly above Cabin 4 or the In-battle effect item hidden in the trash in the upper left corner of the basement. Other than that there is nothing else to do inside of the S.S. Tidal. After resting in your room a few times, the announcement will be made that the ship has arrived in whichever city you are headed to.

Battle Tower
Once you make the request to head to the Battle Tower in Slateport or Lilycove Harbor you will automatically arrive. This area is the only closed off area of Hoenn that is accessible by ship and once you are here only the ship or Fly can take you back to the main areas of Hoenn.

The battle tower is designed to test your skills as a player and can give you a trainer star if you win 50 in a row. The battles involve single, double, or linked up battles. Other than that there is no other function that the player tower has. Here is the list of those banned from use.
When ready head to Route 131 (Look for any details on this Route or those around it) and head north into the Sky Pillar.
Once you get past the entrance you should reach the building. You will need to use the Bicycle to get to the top along with skilled timing to get past the cracked floor. It would be smart to bring some Repel to avoid unnecessary battles while concentrating on using the bike.

On the 2F there should be some difficulty but all you have to do is head for the other door, and only worry about making a few well timed sharp turns. The 4F is more difficult however, you must move south, then quickly move west, at the last part of the south area of the room you have to quickly move north without stopping at the rock. Lastly without moving too slow or too fast to overshoot it, move to the cracked area in the middle and fall down to return to the 3F and use the stairs there to get back up, then you can travel to the 5F. Just be patient on both these floors since it will take some time before you can pull it off successfully.
|}

Once you reach the 6F you will find the legendary Pokémon Rayquaza. Rayquaza is the highest level Pokémon you will find in the game, and unless you have a Pokémon that is around that level then a Master Ball is necessary.

Pretty much this is all that the game has to cover so this all there is to this quest in Ruby and Sapphire and only the Battle Tower can offer a challenge at this point.
