Sure, I'll be your friend.

As for the "This user is black" tag, [[User:Shiningpikablu252|Shiningpikablu252]] has [[User:Shiningpikablu252/User white|a tag that says "This user is white"]]; you would have to modify that. But it's simple -- change white to black (both back color and text) and replace the Pokémon that's already there with Jynx (make sure you copy it to a subpage of your userspace first :).
