:::Are you guys sure you didn't mix up EV with IV? All in-game trainers have an EV spread of 0 0 0 0 0 0, but I believe that most of them do in fact have IVs. I actually just confirmed this - on my Pearl, I captured a trainer's Pokémon and checked the IV spread - it was NOT 0 0 0 0 0 0. (I used Pearl so I wouldn't have a chance of corrupting my SoulSilver) (Anyway, Pearl backs up with AR DSi) --TruePikachu 04:55, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
Joey's Rattata
I caught Joey's Rattata with the "catch trainer's Pokémon" Gameshark cheat, and it really does have all-zero IVs. It also has a Gentle nature (+Sp.Def, -Def). Myth busted!

It's actually quite common for trainers to have all-zero IVs on their Pokémon, but this isn't the case for every trainer. Tougher trainer classes have higher IVs to represent superior difficulty, and all IVs for a given Pokémon are equal. Approximate values are Rocket Grunts with IVs of all 3, Ace Trainers 6 or 7, Kimono Girls 18, the HGSS Kanto Gym leaders 25, and the Elite Four and Champion have 30. Trainer Pokémon never have EVs and never have beneficial nature except by chance. --JDigital 02:12, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Here are the stats on Joey's Rattata, for comparison: Level 4, Atk 9, Def 6, Sp.Atk 7, Sp.Def 7, Spd 10, HP 16. Nature: Gentle. Ability: Run Away. PID: 8073096. A trainer's Pokémon's PID is always the same, which is why the gender, nature and ability (and Spinda's spot pattern) are always the same. However, it may change in a re-match, since you're essentially fighting a different instance of that trainer. --JDigital 02:38, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
1. This is the joey from johto not hoenn, the one that annoys everyone with "top percentage" rattata
What's with Aipoms?
I mean, why do lots of people use Aipoms? I mean, I don't second glance them, but could someone tell me why they're great.

:By people, do you mean the anime or real people. :p Tina δ♫ 21:27, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

A lot of people use the pokemon they see on tv Darth Cookie Monster

:Ah.
:Well um.. I've only really seen Dawn's Aipom, so I don't see what you mean by 'used a lot' :p Tina δ♫ 21:35, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

yes but it was used by Ash before Diamond and Pearl, and seemed to be used quite frequently. I've talked to a bunch of people who only caught aipom because Ash had one earlier Darth Cookie Monster

I was the one that asked the question. I should really create a profile, but too bad that I don't know how... -_-

Anyway, what I meant was that I saw Ash use it, my friend uses one, and that one girl that I saw on Pokemon Trozi (I think) had one. --Nidokingdood
The caverns beneath the valley are where the Legendary Pokémon Jirachi hibernates for a millennium between the periods when it is awakened by a comet for seven days. Jirachi is also said to give off the energy it gained slowly over the 100-year period, which means that it was down to Jirachi that Forina exists.

Plot
After selecting a Pokémon from the personality test, the game jumps right in as your player falls into the ocean, only to be saved by your partner Pokémon. The partner wants to be a detective but can't yet join the Wigglytuff Club without another member. So after the two defeat two Pokémon criminals, a Zubat and Koffing, you make a team together.

The games are a sequel to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. So after the two defeat two Pokémon criminals, a Zubat and Koffing, you make a team together.

The movie ギラティナと氷空の花束 シェイミ Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin will be released on July 19, 2008 in Japan.

A preview played during the first airing of DP058 featured Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia and said the fight among the Pokémon gods has not ended.

The official website show a mountainous icy world with mountains on the ground and in the sky.

The teaser shows Regigigas's hand rising from a large flowery field. Shaymin, the next unobtainable legendary in the National Dex after Darkrai, was later confirmed to co-star in the movie. The second, currently unobtainable, Origin Form of Giratina will be released as well.

Trivia
* The staff went to Sognefjord and Bergen, in Norway, to form a basis for the movie's setting.
* This will be the second time when a Legendary Pokémon from a previous movie reappears. The only other time was in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, where Mew made a second appearance after Mewtwo Strikes Back.<!--Mewtwo appeared in a long special, not a Pokémon movie. Mewtwo Returns is similar to Legend of Thunder.-->
* This is also the first Pokémon movie where a Legendary Pokémon reappears immediately after the previous film. In other words, this is the first Pokémon film to feature a Legendary Pokémon twice in a row.
* This is the Pokémon movie that has the most Legendary Pokémon with at least 5 Legendary Pokémon.
I got the game yesterday and I'm at the part where you have to fight salamence. I realy need help defeating it.
Circle Salamence once, then, while it is in the air, circle it very quickly 22 times. Oh, and I HATE Charizard. It took me 28 times to finally get the freakin thing. Luckily, during my second Charizard battle I had a Poliwhirl (Thought it still took me 4 times). - Jonah 03:40, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
Physiology
Croagunk resembles a dark blue bipedal frog, with a white band around its waist area and red and black markings on its hands and feet. Its coloring and poisonous nature suggest that it is based on poison dart frogs. The markings on its body make it look like a Muay Thai fighter. The black around its eyes and the white bands make it look like a injured fighter with black eyes and broken ribs. Its cheeks are filled with a poison that runs to its fingers, allowing it to poison opponents by stabbing them.
The Japanese name comes kerokero, the Japanese onomatopoeia for a frog's croaking, and gerogero, the Japanese word that's used to describe something disgusting.
Its German name, Glibunkel, comes from Glibber and Unke. Its French name, Cradopaud, comes from crapaud and crado, a familiar term for dirty.
Regigigas (Japanese: レジギガス Regigigas) is a Pokémon introduced in Generation IV that is the master of Hoenn's legendary golems.

It appears only when Regirock, Regice and Registeel are gathered. Therefore, it requires the three to be in the player's party to awaken it within Snowpoint Temple, where it sleeps.

Biology
Physiology
Regigigas shares several traits with the Regis. For instance, it has seven dot-like "eyes" arranged in a specific pattern. It has six spots that are apart from its eyes, which seem to be gemstones. These gemstones seem to represent the Regis with the red gems representing Regirock, the blue gems representing Regice and the silver gems representing Registeel. It has a golem-like shape and long arms with short legs. Its body is covered in black stripes, and it has moss growing in its back and feet, which may indicate it has been asleep for a long time.
Gender differences
Regigigas is genderless.
Special abilities
Regigigas has the ability Slow Start, an ability that causes Regigigas's Attack and Speed to be halved the first few turns. According to its Pokédex entries, the legends go that, its extremely high attack stat, with its colossal strength, enables it to move continents. Crush Grip is the signature move of Regigigas.

Behavior
Habitat
It resides in the Snowpoint Temple, having done so for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. According to the braille in third generation games, it was sealed away in order to protect people, and three keys (the Legendary Golems) were created so that only one with the power of Regirock, Regice, and Registeel would be able to catch it.
Trivia
*Due to its ability reducing its potential, it is in league more with Slaking than other legendaries.
*Although it is thought to be unique, it is possible to see and fight another, under the ownership of Palmer along with a Heatran and Cresselia in the 49th consecutive battle in the Battle Tower.
*It is the only Pokémon who can learn TMs that cannot learn 17 or 44.
*While the moss growing on Regigigas is thought to have been caused by the fact that it had slumbered for a long time, it was imprisoned in Snowpoint Temple, a place filled with ice and not a very suitable place for moss to grow in.
*Regigigas is the only one of the Regis not to have its type in its name. Regirock is a Rock-type, Registeel is Steel, and Regice is an Ice-type.
*Despite Regigigas resting in Snowpoint Temple for a long period of time, it cannot learn Rest, as mentioned before.
*Regigigas and Slaking have the highest base stat in Attack of all Normal Pokémon. It has the third highest attack of all Pokémon, after the attack form of Deoxys and Rampardos.
*Despite being called a colossal Pokémon, Regigigas is only the 14th tallest Pokémon and only the 7th heaviest.
Origin
This Pokémon is based on the golems of Hebrew legend. The legends cast them as servants of higher powers and are said to have writing on their heads. When the writing is removed, the creature would be weakened.

Name origin
The first part of its name is Regi, king. The last part of its name, gigas, means Giant. This means it is the King of the Giants.
