Porygon137: The number 139 was only accurate up to Miraidon; it does not include Pokémon introduced after the beginning of Generation IX (Walking Wake through Pecharunt).

EggGroups
The No Eggs Discovered Group (Japanese: タマゴ未発見グループ Eggs Never Discovered Group), known as the No Eggs Egg Group in Pokémon Stadium 2, and as the Undiscovered Egg Group in Pokédex 3D, is one of the fifteen Egg Groups. As of Generation IX, 151 Pokémon belong to this group.

Characteristics
The No Eggs Discovered Group is characterized by its members' inability to breed. Most of the Pokémon in the group are baby Pokémon, Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, Ultra Beasts, or Paradox Pokémon.

Baby Pokémon are designated for this group due to them being too immature to breed, while Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, Ultra Beasts and Paradox Pokémon are included to prevent players from breeding more of them in a given game (with the exception of Phione). Aside from those, both Nidorina and Nidoqueen are in this group (while their respective male counterparts Nidorino and Nidoking, as well as their pre-evolution Nidoran♀ and its male counterpart Nidoran♂, are not), as well as Unown, Gimmighoul, Gholdengo and the four chimeric Fossil Pokémon of Galar. Cosplay Pikachu, Pikachu in a cap, and List of Pokémon with form differences are included here even though others of their species are capable of breeding.

In Pokémon X and Y, all Pokémon in this group are guaranteed to have a perfect 31 in at least three of their individual values when caught in the wild or obtained as a gift (except via Mystery Gift). From Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire onward, this only applies to Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, and Ultra Beasts. However, as of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, if the player accepts a Gift Pokémon belonging to this Egg Group while their lead Pokémon has the Ability Synchronize, that Gift Pokémon is guaranteed to be of the same nature as the Synchronize Pokémon (unless the Pokémon was received as an Egg or through Mystery Gift). This property was extended to other Egg Groups in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

Trivia
* This and the Ditto are the only ones in which all members are in a single group, since being a member of any other Egg Group would defeat the purpose of being in the No Eggs Discovered group.
* By the time breeding became a game mechanic, it had already been established by Japanese media that Nidorina have lost their ability to lay Eggs upon evolving from Nidoran♀.
* The only Mythical Pokémon not in this Egg Group are Phione and Manaphy, which are in the Water 1 and Fairy groups.
** Despite not being in this Egg Group, Manaphy is still guaranteed three perfect IVs when obtained from an event.
* Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are seen hatching from Eggs in Pokémon Snap, even though these Pokémon belong in this Egg Group.
* Despite Dialga, Palkia and Giratina being in this Egg Group, an event at Sinjoh Ruins shows them being created from an Egg.
Is there any chance we can do a slight revamp of this page, so that we have a movelist table for each individual stat by category? It's hard to keep in mind which column represents what once you've scrolled down to the pokemon you're looking for, so I thought this might be a good idea instead. It would be a page like "List of Pokémon by effort value yield#Speed_Yield"? :: I've tested a number of these values, and many are not the Gen 5 values. They were taken from the individual species pages, which are also inaccurate. The values I did get are consistent with the list on this website: http://upokecenter.dreamhosters.com/dex/?lang=en&view=baseexp. I wanted to say this before the values were corrected and anyone got trigger-happy with the "revert edit" function. ~ Serial Colour (talk) 18:01, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
Sort By Region/Generation?
Is there any sort of way someone could add a way to sort by region dex or by generation? And maybe to sort by more than one criteria. Like sort to the top the pokemon who yield the most special attack in Unova. Theviolinkid 01:07, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
:It isn't possible to sort by more than one criteria. And I believe the only way to sort by regional dex would be to add a column for each regional dex number, which would make the table prohibitively wide. <span class="sc"><span style="color:#2D4B98;">Werdnae</span></span> <small><span style="color:#009000;">(talk)</span></small> 06:09, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Gen VI EV yields
Thanks to Super Training this should be easy to verify in Gen VI -- just take an untrained Pokemon, defeat one wild Pokemon of the desired species, then use a Reset Bag on it. Any volunteers to fill in the gaps? (Infoboxes on species pages also need updating with the info.) For example, Helioptile's EV yield appears to be +1 Speed. --Stratelier 21:15, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
Equation for base Exp
I came across this website, and towards the bottom it has some equations for calculating the Gen 5 base Exp value for a species based on its BST. The equations are as follows:

BST * 4/20, rounded to nearest whole number - first evolution
BST * 7/20, rounded to nearest whole number - second evolution or non-evolving non-legendary
BST * 9/20, rounded to nearest whole number - third evolution or legendary

There are a few exceptions, such as the Audino/Chansey lines (lots of Exp is their thing) and the Unova starters (because you face 2 of them immediately), and some Pokémon being treated as being in different tiers according to their strengths/weaknesses (e.g. Volcarona is treated as being in the legendary tier).

Should this information be put somewhere? ~ Serial Colour (talk) 22:29, 5 March 2014 (UTC)

I would like to see this on the main page, since it is accurate for the majority of Pokémon. Though we might need to have a disclaimer stating that Pokémon with updated stats in Gen VI didn't gain new Base Experience values. In Black/White Watchog's EV was 1 Attack. Should we add that as a note under its current EV yield, like how it is on its page?
Trainer Yusuf (talk) 08:31, 30 August 2014 (UTC)
:It is noted, although it's hidden, since the template doesn't cover things like that. Eridanus
Florges
Floette and Florges both give two Special Defense EVs each. Is this a mistake or is Florges meant to only give two EVs despite it being third in line in its evolutionary family? -- <span style="color:#AB0047">Scribbl</span> 03:27, 7 January 2015 (UTC)
A seperate list for Gen I-IV base experience
Since most Pokémon had their base experience altered in Gen V, I think it would be best to have a separate list within this page, or in another page like how Base Stat lists are separated for Gen I, Gen II-V and Gen VI+. Trainer Yusuf (talk) 12:15, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
:Yes, there should be a separate page. == Incorrect base experience values for Gen VI ==

I have noticed that several dozen Pokémon on this page have different values for base experience than the values given on veekun.com's Pokédex. I have compiled a list of the conflicting values here. Nearly all of them are final evolutions, with the base experience value 4 or 5 points higher according to the veekun data. This leads me to believe there was an intentional recalibration of base experience values by Gamefreak in Gen VI for several final evolutions (and alternate forms, and Megas, and some others as well) that Bulbapedia never noticed. Or, maybe the veekun data is wrong and this page is correct. But given this page's lack of form data (Megas, Eternal Floette, Rotom, Kyurem), I'm more inclined to believe veekun. Could someone more knowledgable than me verify which source is correct? And if it's not Bulbapedia, update the page appropriately?
