The colors... well, make a judgment about what it should be. Like, for example, Dahlia should be {{tt|Battle Roulette yellow|FFDD99}}, since she's the Brain from there. Some of them you'd be completely pulling at straws to get... but most should have a definite color theme... Rock Gym Leaders get {{template|rock color}}, and so on and so forth. As for animated sprites... well... I think it'd be better if we waited for anipngs of them all, or just used the static sprites.
