Hello! Hope you're doing well. Regarding my latest edits, I wanted to clarify my point of view on the subject. I think the reference about the anime is clear in Pokémon Yellow (a game heavily inspired by the events of the anime), but unlikely in HG&SS, for as those games have had many other Pokémon added in that area (not just Pidgeotto and Pidgey). I really need to talk about this because it was something that was bothering me.

I have noticed you have been undoing my edits recently for EP099, and I feel the reasons you gave are insufficient and make no sense.

The first one in question is the Australian release unedited. My reason for editing the page is because I felt like the original sounded like the Australian versions were edited like the later Japanese releases. You undid my edit, saying it was mentioned above. I feel like the reasoning given was too vague, and no where does it say the Australian releases were unedited. It wasn't cut, yes, but it never said anything about it being edited.

And the most recent change I made a few days ago is regarding Lorelei's name being changed to Prima. My reasoning for rewording that part is because there was never a source about that, only speculation. I added that 4Kids may not realize that Lorelei already had an English name. But you also undid my edit, suggesting it was only speculation. This didn't make any sense to me because the syllable excuse is just as speculative. I am also questioning why it's wrong to mention anything speculative, but mentioning 4Kids changing her name because of lip flaps as fact without a source is okay?

I know SnorlaxMonster edited the page to match what I was trying to convey (with the same reasoning) and I am perfectly happy with the state of the page now, but I still wasn't happy that you undid my edits as if my reasoning was illegitimate. :I didn't undo the edit because it was done by you. I removed it because on [[HZ001]]'s trivia section, it's mentioned that Nidothing and Quaxly narrate episode previews from this point on. Sure, there was an exception, where more people joined in, but the trivia can be changed to say "in most episodes from this episode onward". In short, I feel it's repetitive to say Nidothing narrates the preview in every episode when the preview narrator is much more consistent than it was with Journeys. Furthermore, all the other information I included came from the episodes themselves, Cynthia and Alder participated in the event as part of the team, one in the preparation and dismantling of the event and the other as a commentator. This was said and shown in the episodes themselves.

Cynthia said that the event is open to everyone in the same episode where she met Ash in Unova. I check the information directly from the Japanese episodes. So what exactly is the point of undoing absolutely everything from that edit?

Now I would ask you where it was said that the Tournament that Ash and company participated in Unova is not related to the PWT, but I think that would be too much, right?

Regarding the edit of the Gym Leader page, I have already expressly spoken to an admin that if I can increase a page instead of creating another, I am free. Hey, about the Masters appearances sections: it seems like you've got the general hang of it, but I wanted to talk about the ordering of main story areas. When I was originally doing my big reorganization of Masters quotes pages a year ago, I ordered them as PML Arc → Villain Arc → Legendary Adventures, since that was the order that those sections were added to the main story. However, later on, I realized that this organization doesn't entirely make sense, since all Legendary Adventures stories take place before the Villain Arc chronologically, and with the exception of Lurking Shadow, they were all added to Legendary Adventures before the corresponding villain arc chapter. So, I decided to start moving Legendary Adventures quotes above Villain Arc quotes, and I've been ordering the story appearances sections with Legendary Adventures areas above Villain Arc areas.

The reason I mention all this is because I noticed you've made a couple edits where you move Villain Arc areas above Legendary Adventures areas in the story appearances list, and I wanted to make sure we're both on the same page with the intended order instead of just flat reverting your edits. So, with all that said, do you have any reasons why Villain Arc areas should be listed first, or are you okay with leaving legendary event/Legendary Adventures areas above them? In the morning, one can see a piece of the wall jutting out behind the stone tablets on either side of the inside.

In the middle of the city, next to the Pokémon Fan Club, is a hotel called the Pokémon Hotel. There are only two accessible floors within the hotel. Visitors can stay here for a while to enjoy the parts of Hearthome. The landlord inhibits the first floor, and on the second floor lives a woman and a {{p|Clefairy}}. {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} first arrived in Hearthome City in the end of ''[[DP047|Sandshrew's Locker!]]'' . In the next episode, ''[[DP049|Dawn's Early Night!]]'', Ash was excited at the opportunity to win his third [[Sinnoh]] [[Gym]] [[Badge]] and went running through the city along with {{cat|Ash's Pokémon|his Pokémon}} to get to the [[Hearthome Gym]]. However, the [[Gym Leader]] was not present, and they were instead greeted by [[Nando]], who informed them about the [[Hearthome City Tag Battle Competition]]. This got Ash and {{an|Brock}} interested and they decided to enter the tournament together as a team. Later, {{an|Dawn}} and Nando headed to the [[Contest Hall]] to compete in the city's [[Pokémon Contest]]. On their way, they met up with [[Zoey]], another one of Dawn's [[rival]]s who was also entering the Hearthome Contest.

For this reason, Ash, Dawn, and Brock got tagged with [[Paul]], [[Conway]], and [[Holly]], respectively. During the first round, they all managed to defeat their opponents and, in ''[[DP051|Glory Blaze!]]'', they proved successful once again by winning their battles in the second round. Before the semifinals, Paul {{pkmn2|released}} his {{TP|Paul|Chimchar}} due to its inability to activate {{a|Blaze}} during their last battle. Chimchar was then invited to join Ash's [[Party|team]]. In ''[[DP052|Smells Like Team Spirit!]]'', Dawn and Conway made it to the finals while Paul and Ash went up against Brock and Holly. [[Brock's Croagunk]] and Holly's {{p|Farfetch'd}} were no match for [[Paul's Torterra]] and they were easily defeated, bringing Ash and Paul to the finals. There, Ash and Paul sent out {{AP|Chimchar}} and {{TP|Paul|Elekid}} while Dawn and Conway called out {{TP|Dawn|Buizel}} and {{p|Heracross}}. In ''[[DP086|Arriving in Style!]]'', the group returned to Hearthome City for Ash's [[Gym]] {{pkmn|battle}}, only to find out the Gym Leader was still out of town, developing a new battling style. While in the city, Ash and Dawn were invited by [[Paris]] to enter the [[Hearthome Collection]], a fashion show for {{pkmn|Stylist}}s and their Pokémon where the winner gets to work on a photo shoot for the {{DL|Magazines in the Pokémon world|Poké Chic}} magazine. Together with [[Cocoa]] and [[Jessie|Jessilina]], Ash and Dawn entered the event. In the end, Ash, Dawn, and Cocoa were chosen by Paris and [[Hermione]] as the three finalists. When the results were announced, it was revealed that Ash and {{AP|Pikachu}} had placed third and would be given the Unique Award for their originality, while Cocoa and {{p|Mismagius}} would receive the Accessory Award as a prize for getting to second place. They are different from the previous generation's competitions in that not only do they have more rounds, but rounds from the earlier games have been altered. The city's [[Gym Leader]], [[Fantina]], is a self-proclaimed master at Pokémon Super Contests.

Eleven different types of cute Pokémon will follow the player about in Amity Square, and many Pokémon wander about the city outside of their [[Poké Ball]]s. Amity Square is located north of Hearthome City. The setup in Amity Square is identical to the {{p|Pikachu}} interaction system that was in {{game|Yellow}}. Only certain small Pokémon can be taken for walks in Amity Square, usually of a "cute" appearance. Pokémon will fetch [[Accessory|Accessories]] or [[Berry|Berries]] for their owners every 200 steps. In {{game|Platinum}}, more Pokémon are allowed in than before, and the area has been expanded and redesigned. It now includes a rather large pool of water.

The Sinnoh's Pokémon Fan Club is located in the eastern area of Hearthome City. The Fan Club is a place for people to meet and chat about their favorite Pokémon and to show off their collections to each other. The Sinnoh Pokémon Fan Club Chairman says that his Fan Club is number one nationwide because he brags more than anyone. However, he doesn't do it anymore because of people's complaints. This may also explain why only two other members are found in his club. Inside the Pokémon Fan Club, the player will receive the [[Poffin Case]], needed to bake [[Poffin]]s. Another member of the club will rate the [[friendship]] of first Pokémon in the player's party.

The Poffin House is located west of the [[Poké Mart]] where the {{player}} can make [[Poffin]]s, which are the replacement of [[Pokéblock]]s from {{3v2|Ruby|Sapphire|Emerald}}. The player has to speak to the lady a little to the left of the entrance, throw in their selected [[Berry]] and start stirring the liquid to begin creating their own Poffin. The Poffin's level depends on the amount of time consumed cooking the Poffin, the number of burns, and the number of spills.

[[Bebe]], the system administrator for Sinnoh's [[Pokémon Storage System]] who will also give the player an {{p|Eevee}} living in the midst of Hearthome City. Her house, which is next to the [[Pokémon Center]] in Hearthome, is not quite as cluttered as Lanette's. Bebe is good friends with [[Hayley]], who owns a [[My Pokémon Ranch|ranch in which Pokémon can be stored]], and they still keep in contact with each other. After the player obtains the [[National Pokédex]] in {{2v2|Diamond|Pearl}} and {{g|Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl}}, she will give them a [[level]] 5 {{p|Eevee}}. The Foreign Building (Japanese: {{tt|異文化|いぶんか}}の{{tt|建物|たてもの}} ''Foreign Culture Building'') is a building located in the western side of Hearthome City. It has six benches and stained glass windows. All the people there talk about the grace of life in the [[Pokémon world]], supernatural powers, and the balance of spirit and nature. It seems to be loosely based on a church or cathedral, and is the first building in all the Pokémon games to be so. Respectfully, no music can be heard in the building. In the morning, one can see a piece of the wall jutting out behind the stone tablets on either side of the inside.

===Pokémon Hotel===
In the middle of the city, next to the Pokémon Fan Club, is a hotel called the Pokémon Hotel. There are only two accessible floors within the hotel. These can be accessed to by a large, automatic elevator. Many visitors come from all parts of the world to enter the Super Contest, or visit Amity Square. Visitors can stay here for a while to enjoy the parts of Hearthome. The landlord inhibits the first floor, and on the second floor lives a woman and a {{p|Clefairy}}. She will give the player a [[Shell Bell]], saying that she was given it on vacation, but already had one.

The [[Gym Leader]] is [[Fantina]]. {{pkmn|Trainer}}s who defeat her receive the {{Badge|Relic}}. In {{game|Diamond and Pearl|s}} and {{g|Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl}}, the Hearthome Gym is the fifth Gym and Fantina cannot be challenged until after the player has received {{HM|03|Surf}} from [[Cynthia]]'s grandmother in [[Celestic Town]]. In the next episode, ''[[DP049|Dawn's Early Night!]]'', Ash was excited at the opportunity to win his third [[Sinnoh]] [[Gym]] [[Badge]] and went running through the city along with {{cat|Ash's Pokémon|his Pokémon}} to get to the [[Hearthome Gym]]. However, the [[Gym Leader]] was not present, and they were instead greeted by [[Nando]], who informed them about the [[Hearthome City Tag Battle Competition]]. This got Ash and {{an|Brock}} interested and they decided to enter the tournament together as a team. Later, {{an|Dawn}} and Nando headed to the [[Contest Hall]] to compete in the city's [[Pokémon Contest]]. On their way, they met up with [[Zoey]], another one of Dawn's [[rival]]s who was also entering the Hearthome Contest.

Although their performance received positive reviews from all three [[Contest Judge|judges]], it was not enough to send Dawn to the Battle Stage. As a result, Dawn was eliminated from the competition while her rivals moved on to the second round. There, Nando was seen depleting all of Jessilina's points to advance to the finals, where he faced off against Zoey. The city's [[Multi Battle|Tag Battle]] tournament began in ''[[DP050|Tag! We're It...!]]'', where it was revealed that the competing {{pkmn|Trainer}}s would be randomly paired up by a computer. For this reason, Ash, Dawn, and Brock got tagged with [[Paul]], [[Conway]], and [[Holly]], respectively. During the first round, they all managed to defeat their opponents and, in ''[[DP051|Glory Blaze!]]'', they proved successful once again by winning their battles in the second round. Before the semifinals, Paul {{pkmn2|released}} his {{TP|Paul|Chimchar}} due to its inability to activate {{a|Blaze}} during their last battle. Chimchar was then invited to join Ash's [[Party|team]]. In ''[[DP052|Smells Like Team Spirit!]]'', Dawn and Conway made it to the finals while Paul and Ash went up against Brock and Holly. [[Brock's Croagunk]] and Holly's {{p|Farfetch'd}} were no match for [[Paul's Torterra]] and they were easily defeated, bringing Ash and Paul to the finals. There, Ash and Paul sent out {{AP|Chimchar}} and {{TP|Paul|Elekid}} while Dawn and Conway called out {{TP|Dawn|Buizel}} and {{p|Heracross}}. During their battle, Paul's {{p|Elekid}} [[Evolution|evolved]] into {{p|Electabuzz}}, which helped Ash and Paul win the competition.

In ''[[DP086|Arriving in Style!]]'', the group returned to Hearthome City for Ash's [[Gym]] {{pkmn|battle}}, only to find out the Gym Leader was still out of town, developing a new battling style. While in the city, Ash and Dawn were invited by [[Paris]] to enter the [[Hearthome Collection]], a fashion show for {{pkmn|Stylist}}s and their Pokémon where the winner gets to work on a photo shoot for the {{DL|Magazines in the Pokémon world|Poké Chic}} magazine. Together with [[Cocoa]] and [[Jessie|Jessilina]], Ash and Dawn entered the event. In the end, Ash, Dawn, and Cocoa were chosen by Paris and [[Hermione]] as the three finalists. When the results were announced, it was revealed that Ash and {{AP|Pikachu}} had placed third and would be given the Unique Award for their originality, while Cocoa and {{p|Mismagius}} would receive the Accessory Award as a prize for getting to second place. Dawn and {{TP|Dawn|Buneary}} were declared as the big winners, but Dawn said she wouldn't be taking part in the Poké Chic campaign in order to focus on her {{pkmn|Coordinator}} {{pkmn|training}}.

Hareta and Jun participated in a [[Rank (Contest)|Normal Rank]] Super Contest, but only succeeded in getting themselves disqualified for their poor performances. Mitsumi participated in a Master Rank Super Contest, but went overboard as her {{TP|Mitsumi|Infernape}} accidentally burned down the Contest Hall's dome with {{m|Fire Spin}}. They are different from the previous generation's competitions in that not only do they have more rounds, but rounds from the earlier games have been altered. The city's [[Gym Leader]], [[Fantina]], is a self-proclaimed master at Pokémon Super Contests.

A notable attraction is Amity Square, where {{pkmn|Trainer}}s relax with their Pokémon. Eleven different types of cute Pokémon will follow the player about in Amity Square, and many Pokémon wander about the city outside of their [[Poké Ball]]s. Amity Square is located north of Hearthome City. The setup in Amity Square is identical to the {{p|Pikachu}} interaction system that was in {{game|Yellow}}. Only certain small Pokémon can be taken for walks in Amity Square, usually of a "cute" appearance. Pokémon will fetch [[Accessory|Accessories]] or [[Berry|Berries]] for their owners every 200 steps. In {{game|Platinum}}, more Pokémon are allowed in than before, and the area has been expanded and redesigned. It now includes a rather large pool of water.

The Sinnoh's Pokémon Fan Club is located in the eastern area of Hearthome City. The Fan Club is a place for people to meet and chat about their favorite Pokémon and to show off their collections to each other. In general, the members are usually more oriented to unevolved, cute Pokémon and [[Pokémon Contest]]s than [[Pokémon battle]]s. The Sinnoh Pokémon Fan Club Chairman says that his Fan Club is number one nationwide because he brags more than anyone. However, he doesn't do it anymore because of people's complaints. This may also explain why only two other members are found in his club. Inside the Pokémon Fan Club, the player will receive the [[Poffin Case]], needed to bake [[Poffin]]s. Another member of the club will rate the [[friendship]] of first Pokémon in the player's party.

The Poffin House is also here, where {{pkmn|Coordinator}}s can bake [[Poffin]]s to boost their Pokémon's [[Contest condition|condition]] for [[Pokémon Super Contest]]s, either alone or through DS Wireless Communications with people nearby. Up to four people may bake at a time. The Poffin House is located west of the [[Poké Mart]] where the {{player}} can make [[Poffin]]s, which are the replacement of [[Pokéblock]]s from {{3v2|Ruby|Sapphire|Emerald}}. The player has to speak to the lady a little to the left of the entrance, throw in their selected [[Berry]] and start stirring the liquid to begin creating their own Poffin. The Poffin's level depends on the amount of time consumed cooking the Poffin, the number of burns, and the number of spills.

===Bebe's House===
[[Bebe]], the system administrator for Sinnoh's [[Pokémon Storage System]] who will also give the player an {{p|Eevee}} living in the midst of Hearthome City. Her house, which is next to the [[Pokémon Center]] in Hearthome, is not quite as cluttered as Lanette's. Bebe is good friends with [[Hayley]], who owns a [[My Pokémon Ranch|ranch in which Pokémon can be stored]], and they still keep in contact with each other. After the player obtains the [[National Pokédex]] in {{2v2|Diamond|Pearl}} and {{g|Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl}}, she will give them a [[level]] 5 {{p|Eevee}}. This Eevee came from a [[Bill|good friend in Johto]] before being passed onto the player. The Foreign Building (Japanese: {{tt|異文化|いぶんか}}の{{tt|建物|たてもの}} ''Foreign Culture Building'') is a building located in the western side of Hearthome City. It has six benches and stained glass windows. All the people there talk about the grace of life in the [[Pokémon world]], supernatural powers, and the balance of spirit and nature. It seems to be loosely based on a church or cathedral, and is the first building in all the Pokémon games to be so. Respectfully, no music can be heard in the building. In the morning, one can see a piece of the wall jutting out behind the stone tablets on either side of the inside.

===Pokémon Hotel===
In the middle of the city, next to the Pokémon Fan Club, is a hotel called the Pokémon Hotel. There are only two accessible floors within the hotel. These can be accessed to by a large, automatic elevator. Many visitors come from all parts of the world to enter the Super Contest, or visit Amity Square. Visitors can stay here for a while to enjoy the parts of Hearthome. The landlord inhibits the first floor, and on the second floor lives a woman and a {{p|Clefairy}}. She will give the player a [[Shell Bell]], saying that she was given it on vacation, but already had one.

The Hearthome Gym is the official [[Gym]] of Hearthome City. It is based on {{type|Ghost}} {{OBP|Pokémon|species}}. The [[Gym Leader]] is [[Fantina]]. {{pkmn|Trainer}}s who defeat her receive the {{Badge|Relic}}. In {{game|Diamond and Pearl|s}} and {{g|Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl}}, the Hearthome Gym is the fifth Gym and Fantina cannot be challenged until after the player has received {{HM|03|Surf}} from [[Cynthia]]'s grandmother in [[Celestic Town]]. In {{game|Platinum}}, however, the Hearthome Gym is the third Gym and can be challenged immediately.

In Diamond, Pearl, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl, the Gym consists of five stories, with a mathematical puzzle on each floor and three doors corresponding to a potential answer, with the correct door leading to the next floor and the wrong doors leading only to a battle with a Trainer. In Platinum, the inside of the Gym is shrouded in darkness and the player must navigate using a flashlight.

{{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} first arrived in Hearthome City in the end of ''[[DP047|Sandshrew's Locker!]]'' . In the next episode, ''[[DP049|Dawn's Early Night!]]'', Ash was excited at the opportunity to win his third [[Sinnoh]] [[Gym]] [[Badge]] and went running through the city along with {{cat|Ash's Pokémon|his Pokémon}} to get to the [[Hearthome Gym]]. However, the [[Gym Leader]] was not present, and they were instead greeted by [[Nando]], who informed them about the [[Hearthome City Tag Battle Competition]]. This got Ash and {{an|Brock}} interested and they decided to enter the tournament together as a team. Later, {{an|Dawn}} and Nando headed to the [[Contest Hall]] to compete in the city's [[Pokémon Contest]]. On their way, they met up with [[Zoey]], another one of Dawn's [[rival]]s who was also entering the Hearthome Contest.

As Zoey explained to Dawn, the Hearthome City Pokémon Contest follows the [[Double Performance]] format, meaning that all {{pkmn|Coordinator}}s have to show off two {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} at once in the [[Appeal|Performance Stage]] in order to advance to the second round, which consists of [[Double Battle|two-on-two]] [[Contest Battle]]s. The event began, with [[Jessie|Jessilina]] also participating. For the first round, Dawn called out her {{TP|Dawn|Piplup}} and {{TP|Dawn|Pachirisu}}. Although their performance received positive reviews from all three [[Contest Judge|judges]], it was not enough to send Dawn to the Battle Stage. As a result, Dawn was eliminated from the competition while her rivals moved on to the second round. There, Nando was seen depleting all of Jessilina's points to advance to the finals, where he faced off against Zoey. He was able to defeat her with the help of his {{TP|Nando|Kricketune}} and {{TP|Nando|Roselia}}, thus earning the Hearthome Ribbon, his second {{pkmn|Contest}} [[Ribbon]] overall.

The city's [[Multi Battle|Tag Battle]] tournament began in ''[[DP050|Tag! We're It...!]]'', where it was revealed that the competing {{pkmn|Trainer}}s would be randomly paired up by a computer. For this reason, Ash, Dawn, and Brock got tagged with [[Paul]], [[Conway]], and [[Holly]], respectively. During the first round, they all managed to defeat their opponents and, in ''[[DP051|Glory Blaze!]]'', they proved successful once again by winning their battles in the second round. Before the semifinals, Paul {{pkmn2|released}} his {{TP|Paul|Chimchar}} due to its inability to activate {{a|Blaze}} during their last battle. Chimchar was then invited to join Ash's [[Party|team]]. In ''[[DP052|Smells Like Team Spirit!]]'', Dawn and Conway made it to the finals while Paul and Ash went up against Brock and Holly. [[Brock's Croagunk]] and Holly's {{p|Farfetch'd}} were no match for [[Paul's Torterra]] and they were easily defeated, bringing Ash and Paul to the finals. There, Ash and Paul sent out {{AP|Chimchar}} and {{TP|Paul|Elekid}} while Dawn and Conway called out {{TP|Dawn|Buizel}} and {{p|Heracross}}. During their battle, Paul's {{p|Elekid}} [[Evolution|evolved]] into {{p|Electabuzz}}, which helped Ash and Paul win the competition.

In ''[[DP086|Arriving in Style!]]'', the group returned to Hearthome City for Ash's [[Gym]] {{pkmn|battle}}, only to find out the Gym Leader was still out of town, developing a new battling style. While in the city, Ash and Dawn were invited by [[Paris]] to enter the [[Hearthome Collection]], a fashion show for {{pkmn|Stylist}}s and their Pokémon where the winner gets to work on a photo shoot for the {{DL|Magazines in the Pokémon world|Poké Chic}} magazine. Together with [[Cocoa]] and [[Jessie|Jessilina]], Ash and Dawn entered the event. In the end, Ash, Dawn, and Cocoa were chosen by Paris and [[Hermione]] as the three finalists. When the results were announced, it was revealed that Ash and {{AP|Pikachu}} had placed third and would be given the Unique Award for their originality, while Cocoa and {{p|Mismagius}} would receive the Accessory Award as a prize for getting to second place. Dawn and {{TP|Dawn|Buneary}} were declared as the big winners, but Dawn said she wouldn't be taking part in the Poké Chic campaign in order to focus on her {{pkmn|Coordinator}} {{pkmn|training}}.

Ash met with [[Fantina]] upon returning to Hearthome City in ''[[DP101|Barry's Busting Out All Over!]]'', and finally had an official Gym battle against her in ''[[DP102|Shield with a Twist!]]''. He managed to defeat her and earn the {{Badge|Relic}}, his fifth [[Sinnoh League]] Badge overall.

Hearthome City first appeared in ''[[PS350|Boogying with Buneary]]'', where {{adv|Platinum}}, {{adv|Diamond}}, and {{adv|Pearl}} arrived there. They followed [[Keira]]'s {{p|Buneary}} to the [[Contest Hall|Super Contest Hall]], where Platinum was accidentally whisked to the Contest stage. When she failed to perform, the audience saw her expensive jewelry and assumed she had tried to win just by being rich. Wanting to defend the name of [[House of Berlitz|her family]], Platinum registered for the next day's [[Rank (Contest)|Normal Rank]] {{OBP|Cool|condition}}ness {{pkmn|Contest}}.

In ''[[PS351|Perturbed by Pachirisu]]'', while Diamond and Pearl were helping Platinum in her Contest training, they were approached by the [[Pokémon Fan Club Chairman]], who made the three members of the [[Pokémon Fan Club]] and taught them about [[Poffin]]s, giving them a [[Poffin Case]] to put their Poffins in. Diamond visited the [[Poffin House]] and proved to be an excellent Poffin maker, cooking Platinum a Poffin that increased her {{TP|Platinum|Prinplup}}'s Coolness. In the Contest, other contestants sought to sabotage Platinum by disorganizing her [[Fashion Case]] and having their Pokémon bump into Prinplup during the [[Dance Competition]]. These setbacks made Platinum feel dejected, but Diamond managed to cheer her up and remind her that Contests are all about having fun. With these encouragements, Platinum was able to overcome her dejection and give it her all during the Acting Competition. Her performance enthralled both the audience and the judges, allowing her to win the Contest. In ''[[PS352|Crowded by Croagunk & Advanced on by Abra I]]'', the trio met [[Fantina]], who took them to visit the [[Lost Tower]].

The trio returned to Hearthome City in ''[[PS371|Drifting Drifblim]]'' for Platinum's [[Gym]] battle at the [[Hearthome Gym]]. Upon their arrival, they were surprised to learn that Fantina was, in fact, the Hearthome [[Gym Leader]]. After Platinum had emerged victorious against Fantina in ''[[PS373|Mirages of Mismagius II]]'' and earned herself the {{badge|Relic}}, the [[Pokédex holder]]s headed to [[Canalave City]] aboard [[Fantina's Drifblim]].

Hearthome City first appeared in ''[[DPA06|Beauty Contest: The Pokémon Super Contest!!]]''. After arriving in the city, [[Hareta]] learned about [[Pokémon Super Contest]]s and, along with [[Mitsumi]] and {{OBP|Jun|DPA}}, decided to participate in one. Hareta and Jun participated in a [[Rank (Contest)|Normal Rank]] Super Contest, but only succeeded in getting themselves disqualified for their poor performances. Mitsumi participated in a Master Rank Super Contest, but went overboard as her {{TP|Mitsumi|Infernape}} accidentally burned down the Contest Hall's dome with {{m|Fire Spin}}. Afterwards, [[Cyrus|a man]] introducing himself as Mitsumi's friend asked Hareta to tell her that her performance was great.

Hareta was briefly seen revisiting the city in ''[[DPA07|Dialga's Secret Keys]]'', where he defeated [[Fantina]] and earned the {{badge|Relic}}.
