She then reveals her grand plan; to capture Darkrai and have it cover the world in darkness, using its hypnosis abilities so that she can have everyone on the planet do her bidding.

Hiori attempts to stop her but her Porygon-Z is too powerful and Io easily defeats him, she then proceeds to capture Darkrai in a special Poké Ball. Her success is short lived however, as said Poké Ball begins to overload and explodes, releasing the captive Darkrai who then goes on a rampage. She attempts to try and stop Darkrai with her Porygon-Z despite Hiori's warnings and is put to sleep by Darkrai's Dark Void.

Mitsuko:

The Pomeg glitch is a glitch exclusive to Emerald, and Generation IV games.

Performing the glitch
The Pomeg glitch involves using a Pomeg Berry to lower a Pokémon's maximum HP by 2 or more. To perform the glitch, the player must use a Pomeg Berry on a Pokémon to lower the HP when it is low. Since the Pomeg Berry lowers HP by 10 or more EV points, the HP stat of the Pokémon becomes for example -1, which the game interprets as 65,535 because the byte managing HP is unsigned (displayed as "?35"). In Generation IV, the glitch still exists but must be performed on a Pokémon with greater than four health. (This is possible, because if the player exploits the glitch with a Pokémon which has over 100 EVs in HP, its EVs in HP will be reset to 100).

Sub-glitches
Several other glitches derive from the Pomeg glitch, such as the ability to battle with an egg, battling with no Pokémon at all, or battling for an unlimited amount of times. These sub-glitches cannot be performed in Ruby and Sapphire.

Battling with no Pokémon
If there is only one Pokémon in the player's party when affected by this glitch, and goes into faint status using a healing item, the player will not white out. This is because the game does not check for this on the field. If the player walks into tall grass and encounters a wild Pokémon or starts a battle in any other way, the Pokémon will be sent out with 0 HP, if shiny the animation will not play, and will faint at the beginning of the battle if it is commanded to attack the opponent, causing the normal whiteout scenario. If on the first turn an item is used to revive the Pokémon the battle will continue as normal.

Attempting to battle with only a fainted Pokémon in Generation IV will result in a game freeze, unless a trainer in the Battleground is battled, in which case the player will send out a -----.

Battling with an egg
If the player has only an egg in his or her party with the Pokémon affected, the egg (or rather, the Pokémon that would be inside) can be forced into battle by following the same steps, but putting the egg at the head of the party. The egg will have the same stats it would have upon hatching, as well as all of the moves. This allows it to battle as if it were a normal Pokémon. When battling with an Egg the sprite of the Pokémon within the egg is displayed, however there may be irregularity in the coloring of the Pokémon. This may be because the game is reading the backsprite of the Pokémon within the egg and the color palette of the egg itself.

An egg that battles can gain experience in this way, and with patience, level up, learn moves, and even evolve before hatching. However when it hatches the level is set to 5, EVs reset to zero and all EXP gained in the egg is removed. This allows level 5 versions of high-evolutionary Pokémon such as Tyranitar or Dragonite to be obtainable, it also allows otherwise illegal moveset/level combinations, such as a level 5 Staryu with Hydro Pump.

Infinite battle
If the Pokémon that has been affected is sent out with 65,535 HP against an opponent that uses an HP-stealing move like Absorb, the Pokémon's HP will be stolen until it reaches the normal maximum amount, nearly 65,000 HP lower than the glitched amount for a Pokémon with the absolute maximum HP. If a second HP-stealing move is used, the Pokémon will lose its full HP, go down to 0, and then repeat from the top again.

Sprite glitch
section
Needs list of all moves that work with this glitch

This sub-glitch changes a Pokémon's sprite depending on the moves the affected Pokemon performs or is attacked with.

After performing the Pomeg glitch, the player must enter a battle using a Pokemon under its effect against another that knows one of the correct moves. The second step is letting a turn pass either by use of the Oran Berry on the glitched Pokémon, moves with little or no damage to the foe, or wait for it to use the effective move twice, unless the player's Pokémon has been damaged before. Were this to happen, it is only required to be hit once by the effective move.

The Old Chateau (Japanese: もりのようかん Forest Manor) is an abandoned mansion near the exit of Eterna Forest. Inside one of its four bedrooms, there is a television, which, if interacted with at night (only after obtaining the National Pokédex in Diamond and Pearl), will initiate a battle with the only obtainable Rotom in the game. 01 and, by extension, the Forest, are required to enter the Old Chateau.

Geography
The Old Chateau is a very strange house located deep within the Eterna Forest, near the western entrance, only accessible by 01. The mansion is known to be haunted, scaring many citizens of Eterna City, especially Gardenia, who sometimes appears before it cowering in fear at the urban legends related to it.

Upon entering, the Old Chateau appears to be old and abandoned. The first room encountered is the foyer, which has two flights of stairs both leading to the first floor. Between the foyer's staircases is a door to the dining hall, where a long wooden tables dominates the room. The kitchen area can be accessed on the left side of the table. Just outside of the room stands a strange statue with an ominous aura; the statue "appears as if it is glaring".
On the first floor, left and right of the main room extends a library, where old books are cramped into bookshelves.

There are also four bedrooms that can be accessed to by traveling further up the first floor. In one of the rooms there is a television that is on and displaying a plain, white, flickering screen. The television is inhabited by a wild Rotom, which will come out at night time, and initiate a battle. There is also a portrait in another room; glowing red eyes appear on it that will stare at people when their back is turned and will disappear when faced.

Ghosts
Sometimes, what seem to be the ghosts of a little girl and a butler appear in a bedroom on the first floor and in the dining hall, respectively.
*The little girl appears when the player enters the room next to the bedroom where the ghost "is". She appears to "walk" through the door and is never seen on the other side.
*The butler appears to be sitting at the other side of the table in the dinning room. The player walks forward and he starts to "walk" to the left side of the room, leaving the game window. He never appears on the other side.
These two characters cannot be interacted with, which—accompanied with Gardenia's reports that the Chateau is haunted—lends to the theory that they are both ghosts.
Additionally, the picture in the room, in which the ghost of the little girl is visible, the eyes may begin to "blink" and/or follow the player.

Notebook
In Platinum, one of the books on the floor in the library is just barely readable. It says: "It's an old notebook. There's something scrawled in it..."
In the anime
The Old Chateau is located in Canalave City in the anime. Here people can make the Status ailment healing item using the instructions and ingredients found there. It is also run with an automated voice to guide the people visiting the mansion.

In the episode Get Your Rotom Running!, it was abandoned for a while due to electricity problems from a recent thunderstorm. Because of this, a Rotom took residence there for a while to play with the people coming in by possessing different appliances.

Trivia
*In Platinum, it is implied that Charon used to live here, suggesting that he is the owner who abandoned it, especially with his credit for discovering Rotom.
**The notebook found in Platinum seems to have been written by Charon as it reads the following message if you fill in the blanks;

"Something so peculiar should make off with the motor... "

The "motor" it may be referring to is likely to be Rotom.

*As the ghosts pass the game window, the player doesn't move (the game locks the player), probably because of fear.
**As such, it is impossible to interact with the ghosts.
**Even so, the player walks forward when facing the butler and turns to the left side, where the ghost appear to be walking.
*The ghosts appear to "float". In other words, they never show their feet moving.

Origin
Chateau is the French word for castle.

Welcome to my page!
CAUTION: Extreme levels of randomness could be found on it.

Who am I?
Well, for a brief introduction, my real name is Victoria, but my alias is Mitsuko. I'm 14 years old (going on 15 on a few days), and an Argentine fan of the Pokemon games.

I was actually first introduced to the fandom by the anime at an age I don't even remember, and I was a BIG fan of it, but since I played the games, that has completely changed and now I follow the original canon. Plus, I also read the Pokemon mangas, and draw Gijinka.
I'm currently playing Pokemon Platinum and SoulSilver.

By the way I was strangely one of the "fortunate" ones who got in the Wiki hours before edits were locked. So it's techinically my first day here... Whoo.

Trivia
* Mitsuko began playing Pokemon at 10 years old, but she has faint memories of it.
* Her technical first Pokemon was a Piplup.
* She nicknames every single one of her main team Pokemon, excepting legendaries.
* She does not trust the Pokemon anime very much.
* She imagines random situations between her Pokemon which happen outside of any human's sight; most of them are portrayed as Gijinka.
