In [[PBM1|I'm Not Pikachu!]], a boy who transformed into {{p|Pikachu}} meets a girl who transformed into {{p|Mew}} and a boy who transformed into {{p|Mewtwo}}. Several other children have also transformed into a group of other Pikachu, Mew, and Mewtwo. This happened because they all watched a Pokémon movie starring those three Pokémon species (the movie is not identified in the plot, but this book is a tie-in to ''[[M01|Pokémon: The First Movie]]''). The Pikachu boy mentions at some point: ''"The movie was so much fun, we all turned into Pokémon!"'', and later ''"I guess if you really love a movie, you can turn into the star!"'' In the end, the Pikachu boy [[breaking the fourth wall|tells the reader]] that they can turn into a Pokémon by watching a Pokémon movie too, but they will wake up as a human again after a good night's sleep.

I really need to talk about this because it was something that was bothering me.

I have noticed you have been undoing my edits recently for EP099, and I feel the reasons you gave are insufficient and make no sense.

The first one in question is the Australian release unedited. My reason for editing the page is because I felt like the original sounded like the Australian versions were edited like the later Japanese releases. You undid my edit, saying it was mentioned above. I feel like the reasoning given was too vague, and no where does it say the Australian releases were unedited. It wasn't cut, yes, but it never said anything about it being edited.

And the most recent change I made a few days ago is regarding Lorelei's name being changed to Prima. My reasoning for rewording that part is because there was never a source about that, only speculation. I added that 4Kids may not realize that Lorelei already had an English name. But you also undid my edit, suggesting it was only speculation. This didn't make any sense to me because the syllable excuse is just as speculative. I am also questioning why it's wrong to mention anything speculative, but mentioning 4Kids changing her name because of lip flaps as fact without a source is okay?

I know SnorlaxMonster edited the page to match what I was trying to convey (with the same reasoning) and I am perfectly happy with the state of the page now, but I still wasn't happy that you undid my edits as if my reasoning was illegitimate. While running errands for Professor Cerise, Goh and Chloe express their admiration for Grookey and Eevee, but they realize the two Pokémon have never run any errands by themselves! As Grookey and Eevee set off on their own, Ash suggests keeping a watchful eye on them—secretly, of course. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has sent Pelipper on an errand as well: to get vanilla ice cream for their apple pie! Suddenly, Pelipper runs into Grookey, who is happy to accept a ride. After several exhausting bumps along the way, all the errands are successfully completed…although Morpeko devours Team Rocket’s dessert before anyone else can take a bite!

{{Ash}}, [[Goh]], and [[Chloe]] are running an errand for [[Professor Cerise]] by picking up supplements from the [[Vermilion City]] [[Pokémon Center]]. While they're getting the supplements, [[Goh's Grookey]] and [[Chloe's Eevee]] end up playing too roughly with [[Nurse Joy's Chansey]], almost causing her egg to break on the floor. As they head home, both Goh and Chloe start accusing each other's Pokémon for irresponsible and reckless behavior, while also trying to defend and compliment their own ones. Ash decides to solve the dispute by suggesting that they should let Grookey and Eevee finish the errand themselves. Goh and Chloe agree, sharing the supplements with them and telling them to deliver them to the [[Cerise Laboratory]]. As the two Pokémon head out, Ash says they should follow them in secret and provide stealthy assistance in case something goes wrong.

Meanwhile, {{TRT}} is having a training session at their secret base to make sure they can battle well, regardless of what Pokémon the [[Rocket Prize Master]] gives them. However, as soon as their Pokémon turn out to be an {{p|Appletun}} and a {{p|Vanillite}}, [[Jessie]] suddenly stops everything. After making sure that {{an|Morpeko}} is fast asleep, she places Vanillite on top of Appletun, which reminds the trio of an {{wp|apple pie}} covered in vanilla ice cream. Jessie, having anticipated something like this, has already bought an apple pie. As such, they decide to now buy ice cream and eat it with the pie, without Morpeko getting a chance to eat it first. Everybody keeps passing the job of purchasing the ice cream on to the one next to them, until {{OBP|Pelipper|Team Rocket}} is left as the one to do the job. Despite Pelipper being confident in itself as it leaves, Jessie is feeling extremely worried if it can carry out the task.

Having managed to stay out of Grookey and Eevee's sight, Ash, Goh, and Chloe follow their Pokémon through the city. Unfortunately, when Grookey spots a {{pkmn|Trainer}} and his {{p|Geodude}} passing by, it starts playing with the {{pkmn|category|Rock Pokémon}} by hitting it with its stick. Eevee joins in by tickling Geodude with her tail, and Geodude flees into an alleyway to get rid of them, with Grookey and Eevee following. Ash calls out {{AP|Gengar}} and heads into the alleyway to redirect them back to the street. By using Gengar's {{m|Psychic}} to animate a trashcan and some trash bags, as well as its ability to move through walls, Ash eventually manages to scare Grookey and Eevee back to the street.

Team Rocket has meanwhile also chosen to secretly follow their Pokémon to make sure it'll be able to carry out its errand. Just before it can reach the ice cream shop, however, its expression turns vacant, indicating that it's completely forgotten what it was supposed to do. As such, {{MTR}}, [[List of Team Rocket's disguises|disguised]] as an old man, hands Pelipper a map to the ice cream shop and tells it to keep its eyes glued on the map. Unfortunately, Pelipper follows the instructions so literally, that when the map gets blown away by wind, it ends up following the map instead of the path marked on it. This results in it almost hitting Grookey and Eevee as they're crossing a street, only being narrowly saved by [[Ash's Sirfetch'd]].

Deciding to take desperate measures, Team Rocket sets up their ice cream van nearby and starts loudly calling for any errand-running Pelipper to come to them. Grookey, noticing the van, runs towards it, accidentally dropping some of the supplements it is carrying in the process. Noticing this, Eevee picks them up to deliver them herself.

While Meowth muses that the trio could've just provided the ice cream they need for themselves from the van, Pelipper lands near them, and the trio places an ice cream package in its bill before hastily driving off. Before Pelipper can take off, Grookey climbs into its bill, and ends up being taken away by it. Ash and Goh pursue Pelipper, while Chloe heads to the Cerise Laboratory. Unfortunately, as the boys follow Pelipper through an alleyway, they find their path blocked by a {{p|Snorlax}}, and by the time they finish climbing over it, Pelipper is gone. After dropping off Grookey in the woods near the Cerise Laboratory, Pelipper returns to the secret base, but before the trio can eat their pie and ice cream, both are rapidly devoured by Morpeko, much to the starving trio's dismay.

While Ash and Goh try to find Grookey, the Chimp Pokémon remembers the faith Goh has on it, and heads towards its destination. Having failed to find Grookey, Ash and Goh eventually join Chloe at Cerise Laboratory's gates, where Eevee also arrives soon after. Grookey also soon appears, tired and stumbling, but with Goh's encouragement, it manages to take the last steps needed to reach its Trainer, before falling into his arms. With his and Chloe's partners both safely back home, Goh happily declares the errand completed.

While running errands for Professor Cerise, Goh and Chloe express their admiration for Grookey and Eevee, but they realize the two Pokémon have never run any errands by themselves! As Grookey and Eevee set off on their own, Ash suggests keeping a watchful eye on them—secretly, of course. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has sent Pelipper on an errand as well: to get vanilla ice cream for their apple pie! Suddenly, Pelipper runs into Grookey, who is happy to accept a ride. After several exhausting bumps along the way, all the errands are successfully completed…although Morpeko devours Team Rocket’s dessert before anyone else can take a bite!

==Plot==
{{Ash}}, [[Goh]], and [[Chloe]] are running an errand for [[Professor Cerise]] by picking up supplements from the [[Vermilion City]] [[Pokémon Center]]. While they're getting the supplements, [[Goh's Grookey]] and [[Chloe's Eevee]] end up playing too roughly with [[Nurse Joy's Chansey]], almost causing her egg to break on the floor. As they head home, both Goh and Chloe start accusing each other's Pokémon for irresponsible and reckless behavior, while also trying to defend and compliment their own ones. Ash decides to solve the dispute by suggesting that they should let Grookey and Eevee finish the errand themselves. Goh and Chloe agree, sharing the supplements with them and telling them to deliver them to the [[Cerise Laboratory]]. As the two Pokémon head out, Ash says they should follow them in secret and provide stealthy assistance in case something goes wrong.

{{TP|Leon|Eternatus}} has appeared above [[Wyndon Stadium]] during the [[Masters Eight Tournament]] finals. Reporting the situation to her grandmother, [[Sonia]] informs [[Professor Magnolia]] of the high activity of [[Galar]] particles in the area, which is likely the reason why Eternatus was drawn there. With a roar, the [[Legendary Pokémon]] fires a {{m|Dynamax Cannon}} into the sky, causing the dark clouds above the stadium to part and the Galar particles to stabilize, showing that Eternatus had come here to protect Galar. Following one more roar, Eternatus flies away. {{an|Leon}} thanks Eternatus for protecting them and points out to {{Ash}} that the {{pkmn|category|Gigantic Pokémon}} left them a parting gift in the form of recharged [[Dynamax Band]]s. He [[recall]]s his {{p|Charizard}} and uses his rejuvenated Dynamax Band on {{p|Cinderace}}'s {{i|Poké Ball}}, performing his second [[Gigantamax]] in this [[Full Battle]]. Ash decides to respond in kind, loading {{AP|Pikachu}} with power from his own Dynamax Band and tossing him to the battlefield as the Mouse Pokémon Gigantamaxes as well. Both Pokémon launch their respective [[G-Max Move]]s, {{m|G-Max Fireball}} and {{m|G-Max Volt Crash}}. Both attacks land, despite the attempts at holding them back, creating a pair of giant explosions. When the smoke clears, it turns out the extreme power exerted by the two Pokémon has caused them to revert to normal prematurely. Moments later, Cinderace collapses, ending the Gigantamax showdown in Pikachu's victory and leaving both {{pkmn|Trainer}}s with their last Pokémon.

Leon thanks Ash for giving him such an exciting {{pkmn|battle}} and resolves to keep doing his best until the very end. Ash is also fired up, declaring the this battle is a culmination of everything he's experienced since [[EP001|he first met Pikachu]], which is why he fully intends to win. Pikachu begins the confrontation with {{m|Quick Attack}}, avoiding an {{m|Ancient Power}} before landing a hit that he tries to follow up with {{m|Iron Tail}}. Charizard pushes Pikachu back with its own tail and then uses {{m|Air Slash}} to bombard both Pikachu and the battlefield around him. A {{m|Fire Blast}} follows, which Pikachu stops with {{m|Electroweb}}, giving him enough time to get out of the blast radius. Next comes a meeting of Fire Blast and {{m|Thunderbolt}}, which pushes both Pokémon back. When Pikachu uses Iron Tail once again, Leon lets Charizard take the hit, leaving Pikachu open for a close-range {{m|Dragon Pulse}} that blows him back, with him only narrowly escaping its full force by blasting it apart with Thunderbolt.

Ash and Pikachu are still far from done and express their determination with a grand display of {{t|Electric}} power from Pikachu. Filled with excitement, Leon and Charizard respond in kind with a show of Charizard's {{t|Fire}} power. While Sonia looks down at Leon from the stands and reminisces how much he has grown since she first battled against him as a child, Pikachu strikes Charizard with a blindingly fast Quick Attack. Once more, Charizard uses Ancient Power, which Pikachu evades by jumping from floating rock to another, until he's running upside down along the arc running over the stadium. Charizard pursues Pikachu while using Air Slash, which Pikachu meets with a series of Iron Tails as he drops back down. Dodging Pikachu's last Iron Tail swing, Charizard releases another Fire Blast. Ash calls for a Thunderbolt to stop it, but Pikachu fails to react in time, allowing Charizard's devastating Fire [[move]] to finally make contact. When the smoke clears, it becomes clear that Pikachu has taken heavy [[damage]] from the hit. The entire stadium and all of [[Ash's friends]] watching the battle descend into a deafening silence while Pikachu breathes heavily and struggles to stay conscious. Pikachu's vision grows blurry, and he collapses.

Pikachu recalls Ash's words from the time they first met and how he {{m|Thunder Shock|shocked}} him on sight. He then wakes up in a white void, with {{AP|Bulbasaur}}, {{AP|Squirtle}}, {{AP|Charizard}}, {{AP|Butterfree}}, and {{AP|Pidgeot}} appearing around him. Looking around, Pikachu sees the rest of Ash's [[Kanto]] Pokémon, as well as his Pokémon friends from [[Johto]], [[Hoenn]], [[Sinnoh]], [[Unova]], [[Kalos]], [[Alola]], and the current [[Party|team]], all cheering for him. Finally, Ash himself also appears, telling Pikachu how all of their companions are at their side. With the support of his friends from past and present alike on his side, Pikachu stands back up and releases a massive eruption of electricity, which also occurs in the real world. Flipping his {{AP|hat}} backwards, Ash declares that the next attack will finish it. Leon grows equally excited and tosses his own hat aside to show he's putting everything into his next blow as well. Filled with passion, Ash and Leon order their respective partners to use Thunderbolt and Fire Blast while diving at each other. The two fired-up Pokémon crash into each other in a literal head-to-head collision, putting everything they have into use in order to overpower the other.

Waking up at a [[Pokémon Center]], Pikachu sees Ash and starts recalling how the battle ended. Following the fierce clash, both Pokémon are pushed back. Charizard lets out a determined roar, but then slowly keels over and falls down. The official judgment is made: Charizard is [[Fainting|unable to battle]], meaning that the winner of the Masters Eight Tournament and the new Monarch is Ash. The stadium explodes with cheers at the birth of a new World Champion and Ash rushes to scoop the thoroughly exhausted Pikachu into his arms for a celebratory hug. Back at the present, Ash congratulates Pikachu for winning the battle as his partner happily jumps into his arms once again. Leon enters the room and thanks Ash for the fun battle before telling him how this match actually reminded him of his first-ever battle against Sonia, which had taught him the excitement of battling and even the frustration of losing. He declares that from now on, he's just another challenger, and both he and Ash promise to battle again someday. They are then joined by {{an|Dawn}} and [[Chloe]], who tell them the awards ceremony is about to begin.

With the whole {{pkmn|world}} watching, Leon presents Ash with a golden trophy, which is so heavy that he needs the support of his team to lift it. At [[Professor Oak's Laboratory]], all of {{cat|Ash's Pokémon}} let off a fireworks display of moves as they joyously celebrate their Trainer's victory. In their skybox, {{an|Cynthia}} and [[Diantha]] are feeling so excited by the battle they just witnessed that they decide to also have one right away. In the stands, {{TRT}} is so caught up in their happiness at Ash winning that they completely forget about their plan to steal his Pokémon. The entire stadium cheers for Ash as he raises the trophy up high and the latest [[World Coronation Series]] season comes to a close.

The next morning, Ash is woken up from his sleep at the {{DL|Wyndon|Rose of the Rondelands}} hotel by a [[JN134|phone call]] from [[Goh]]. Figuring it must be about {{p|Mew}}, Ash wakes Pikachu up and happily responds to the call.
