PokémonCenter.com North America
I was thinking I would make a seperate article for the North America Site, but that might be pointless. Oh, and I also have a bunch of screenshots of the site when it was still active, do you think I could put one up of the main site either in aforementioned seperate article or on the main article?--Heracross42 17:47, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
:Necrobumping this section, because I agree. I think a separate article would make sense. It was not just the website of the stores, it was a retailer in itself, and will be again now that it is to return. If Heracross42 still has screenshots they would be useful, but I think we should be able to get a significant amount of information from Wayback Machine. --<span style="color:#A70000">Snorlax</span><span style="color:#0000A7">Monster</span> 16:17, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
The Alderwood Mall Pokémon Center
Currently the Alderwood Mall Pokémon Center has been taken down. I visited the mall the other day and it's no longer there. Should we edit the page to reflect this?

Also, I heard mention from a Gamestop employee (there's one right next to where it was) that they're planning on putting a single vending machine like there is at the Northgate Mall, but that's just hearsay so it's definitely not worth the edit.

The PCNY official logo features the Pokémon title graphic on a golden triangle with "Pokémon Center New York" arranged in gold lettering that matched the classic-industrial look of the store's location in Rockefeller Center. The graphic logo underwent several re-designs and almost always featured Pikachu and Pichu together, sometimes riding on a flying Charizard over the NYC skyline. The event logo shown was never used at the the PCNY location (at least in the years before Nintendo took over the store).

Which games?
In the section for the Tacoma, Washington Pokemon "Center", it says it has the five Nintendo DS Pokémon games. But which ones are they? Considering there's now nine (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black, White, Black 2, and White 2) it should really specify which games are available there. --SuperPikaBros 00:43, 29 September 2014 (UTC)

:For Generation I-III Pokemon distribution, the holder of the distribution cartridge only, there is no limiter.
:For Generation III unlock events (Eon/Aurora/MysticTickets), the game itself.
:For all Generation IV-V events, the game itself stores a list of all Wonder Cards ever recieved, blocking repeated Cards so you cannot get the same event twice. Bluesun (talk) 12:52, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
::Just want to add one little thing here. In Generation V, events they were distributed via infrared can be obtained multiple times. Such as the Kanto Starter eggs in Japan. <span style="color:magenta">Lady</span> <span style="color:orange">Ariel</span> 22:30, 14 December 2012 (UTC)

:For Gen2 at PCNY's "Gotta Catch 'Em All Station", the one Pokémon per distribution week limit could be avoided using an undocumented trick. There were four pods each running a copy of the distribution software and each one has it's own signature (PCNYa,b,c, or d) for bookkeeping purposes. If you downloaded an egg at one station, you could then immediately use a different station due to it's different signature. This could be repeated unlimited times (as long as there was an open spot available in your party).
:Also, the picture for the "Gotta Catch 'Em All Station" for Gen3 distributions is incorrect. The televisions were mounted traditionally (as opposed to vertically) and the special edition PCNY gold Gameboy Advances were completely removed (due to the SP's being the then-current model). The 3D graphics from the v1 software were replaced with 2D sprites pulled from the Ruby/Sapphire games of the time and receiving the Pokémon was changed to display on the TVs instead of the missing handhelds. The pods were also reduced to two stations due to the v2 software being incorrectly region locked to the Japanese Gamecube hardware (and only two of the four in-store NR systems had a region switch). I believe there was a similar trick to getting more than one distribution per week on the v2 software but instead relied on some deviance from the store's staff. If each pod was set to distribute a different campaign, the signature check could be avoided.
