I see a tag to move the page to "Pokémon (Pathways to Adventure)", but no discussion about it here. Tacopill (talk) 02:33, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
:I added the tag. I think it is a more specific title and a little more descriptive, and better for searching. I didn't want to move it right away though in case anyone had any objections, so I put the tag as an invitation for anyone who objects to come forward on the talk page. ::Ah, ok. I am actually in favor of the move, just kind of confused when it said to discuss here, but no discussion was taking place. I guess I assumed it was standard procedure for the tagger to launch a discussion. Ah well, live and learn. Thank you for clearing that up.Tacopill (talk) 22:41, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
Have the book, where to start?
I notice that this article is missing a ton of information, and what is there is incorrect (the protagonist's name is Ash, and his Pikachu, named Pikoo, is not his only Pokemon, nor very important in the scheme of things). The blurb on the back of the book does not match the blurb on the page, as well.

Should I just change the page to be more accurate? If so, what is considered important enough to be on the page? The book is a retelling of Red and Blue, and thus contains all of the important humans (Gym Leaders, Elite Four, Bill, Oak, etc.), and at least 90 Pokemon are encountered.

Should I instead/in addition add chapter summaries, in the same vein as is on Pokémon Snap (book)?

Additionally, since this Ash is unique from any other version of the character (yes, he's essentially the game protagonist, but he has his own team with nicknames), does he need his own page?

Finally, I'm not so sure if this book should be described as a game guide. It claims it will help you find stuff on the blurb on the back sure, but the actual contents are a retelling of Red and Blue where the protagonist blasts through the game using his Charizard. The most useful thing it does is tell you where to go and what levels the leaders Pokemon are, but it's all a novelization so you can't just pick it up while playing the game and find what you need.
