You recently edited floccesy ranch, removing the cleanup tag i added back when the encounter rates were bad.
There was a discussion on the talk page about the encounter rates and how the original ones there were wrong.
I put some placeholder ones in, which were then replaced by rarities from the official strategy guide.
They have since been replaced by someone who has not bothered to comment on the talk page, and thus you thought the cleanp was resolved when those who havn't read the talk page put values in.

== Dragon Rage in BW085 ==

Why not include that error about Dragon Rage being a critical hit? Who determines which aspects of the games are adopted into the anime and which aren't? Because it seems like a helluva lot else does. In fact, we'd have to go back and remove roughly half of all errors ever added because the anime ''may'' work under different rules. The anime, which I need not remind, is based on the games. Heck, for all we know, the anime writers ''intentionally'' wrote that Electric doesn't affect Rock-types when they made that "error" about a half-dozen times in the first season. We should just go ahead and say that indeed, a Rhyhorn is vulnerable to Electricity in its horn and mouth. It's the same logic (rather, lack thereof). Water beats Fire, Pikachu's Static Ability causes Paralysis, and Dragon Rage does 40 damage. Even something as specific as a Pokémon's level is mentioned several times. Why does one person set the precedent for a piece of noteworthy trivia? I don't care if he or she's an admin, or even if there is a circle of admins who agree with him/her, clearly there are four people who made the effort to note that information. Let's not forget either that whatever precedents the Bulbapedia staff have established are not automatically what the writers intended. For a while now, I was looking after the [[Pokémon.com online games]] article, as no one seemed to update it. It is still incomplete (needs info on a recently released game, etc.). Just now, I noticed something: it surpasses the [[Décor]] article, which has an oversize notice, by around 12k bytes, yet the former has neither an oversize notice nor an indication of suggesting separate pages. Also, I plan on incorporating some [[User:Berrenta /Trophy|trophy tables that are in the works]], which would make the article larger. Do you think there should be subpages for trophies and/or pre-revamp games? I asked on the article's talkpage and did not get a response yet. ==Synopsis==
While walking in the middle of a corn field, {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} come across a {{p|Drilbur}}. Then, {{AP|Pikachu}} points out to a {{p|Braviary}} and {{an|Cilan}} then suggests that the Braviary is watching them. They continue to walk, only to be interrupted by laughter.

Suddenly, two boys pop out, and challenge Ash and his friends to a [[Tag Battle]] Ash then accepts, but Cilan and {{an|Iris}} are reluctant. Cilan asks for the boys to introduce themselves, which they do, stating their names are [[Soren and Rocko]], and that they are brothers.

After hearing from Cilan that he is a [[Gym Leader]] and Ash is a would-be competitor of the Unova League, the brothers decide they want to battle them. Ash and Cilan respectively bring out their {{AP|Unfezant}} and {{TP|Cilan|Pansage}} while Soren and Rocko battle with their Braviary and Drilbur.

Soren and Rocko amaze them with their dazzling combination moves, and they get Ash and Cilan cornered. But Ash and Cilan manage to come up with their own unique combination moves and ultimately win. After the loss,the brothers become crestfallen. Cilan evaluates their Pokémon, and comes to the conclusion that they need to catch a {{type|Water}} to gain mastery over the third aspect of the nature that comes after land and sky. To do so, Cilan goes with them to a river to [[Fishing|fish]]. First they spot out a male and a female {{p|Frillish}}, but fail to catch either of them because of meaningless bickerings. Then they spot a {{p|Corphish}} and a {{p|Buizel}}, and using some perfect move-combinations, they taste the fruit of success. Ash and the gang congratulate them and part ways on good terms. After parting ways, Cilan, Ash, and Iris come upon a Swanna and a Palpitoad, and Cilan realizes that they would be the ultimate perfect match, one being Water and Flying, the other Water and Ground.

Turtwig's appearance is characteristic of a turtle or tortoise, and it is primarily light green in coloration. Its prominent, yellow-colored jawbone may denote a relationship to the snapping turtle. Its green and yellow body is covered by a shell. A small seedling grows on a brown-colored patch on its head, similar to the plant bulb on {{p|Bulbasaur}}'s back and the leaf on {{p|Chikorita}}'s head, the plant part revealing its Grass-type nature. The brown shell on its back has a thick black stripe and rim, and is apparently made of {{t|Ground|earth}}. Turtwig’s eyes are yellow, as are its feet, and Turtwig’s tail is small.

Turtwig receives a huge {{a|Overgrow|power boost}} to its {{type2|Grass}} moves when it is weary from battle. Turtwig are also capable of many other Grass-type moves such as {{m|Razor Leaf}} and {{m|Giga Drain}}.

Turtwig is a Pokémon that tends to be non-violent. As a show of affection, some Turtwig have been known to chomp their trainer's head. The leaf on its head will wilt if it becomes thirsty. As a result, it lives in areas that are close to lakes.

Turtwig is also sometimes either shy and lazy, or outgoing and protective.
