Kyurem is not confirmed to be related to the other two; for all we know, the third member of the trio could be another Pokémon, or it could just be a duo. I say that the article be moved to "Yin-yang duo" or something else relating to just Reshiram and Zekrom, and Kyurem should be added to trivia as a popular fan candidate to be the third member. Look at Kyurem, not just is it weaker stat/moveset wise than Reshiram and Zekrom, it also looks weakened. While Reshiram and Zekrom have generators (producing warmth, hence Fire and Electric) on their tails, Kyurem does not. Instead his tail looks like a plug. No generator=cold, hence Ice. Some people say Kyurem came from a comet, some say that it's the corpse of the Original Dragon. I added it to the trivia. It may be removed if it seems irrelevant at this point, but if Kyurem becomes the mascot of the third version in Gen V (as it most likely will) the yellow eyes will further prove a tie to the first gen colors, as Yellow was a third version.
-- Swagmander 03:35, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
:::I don't think the eye colors are referencing each other in a circle at all. If anything, Reshiram's blue iris and black(as opposed to white) sclera are a reference to Zekrom's blue electricity and black color, while Zekrom's red iris and white sclera (the pupil is still black, but I think the pupil always has to be black in most cases) reference Reshiram's white color and fire. From the "Myths" section, could it be said that Pokemon Black is the "true story", seeing as N, who is fighting for his ideal world, catches Zekrom, who sides with the brother who followed his ideals?
This could also be extended to your character as well, seeing as N was deceived into thinking everyone abused their pokémon and didn't care about them, but you fought for the truth, which would correspond to Reshiram.
They DON'T flee and attack on the same turn
In the first paragraph, "If they try to flee and fail, they attack on the same turn" is a little off. In HG/SS at least, they try to flee only on turns where it looks like they can at the start of the turn. If you do something like Mean Look before it can flee, it says it failed to flee, and it does not attack that turn.

Additionally, they will successfully flee even if they're asleep. The next time you see them, they're still asleep. (I'm pretty sure they didn't flee in their sleep in Gen II - I think I remember successfully using sleep instead of Mean Look.)

I don't know whether they'll try to flee again if the Mean Looker is switched out. Didn't think to test that and now I've caught all the roamers in my HG.

To make it clear, a few chains of events that happened to me tonight in HG:
(note: I'm using a Lv. 90 Gallade with False Swipe, Mean Look, and Hypnosis)
*met Entei → I use False Swipe → Entei fled
*met Entei → I use Mean Look → Entei couldn't get away (doesn't try to attack me) → I use Hypnosis → (eventually) Entei woke up and Roared
*met Entei → I use Hypnosis → Entei fell asleep → Entei fled
Though the aforementioned log of events from Chupi pertains to Generation IV, I don't recall that happening with any of the Generation III roaming Pokémon that I've encountered/caught, either. In particular, the battles I waged against Entei and Raikou in Pokémon FireRed Version would have been much more difficult if they were allowed to both attempt to flee and attack in one turn, since (from my experience), they are prone to using the move Roar when they cannot escape. ::It's interesting that in G4 and onwards a Roaming pokemon can still flee while asleep. It's probably safe to say that their attempt to flee is performed before their status check (the sleep/paralysis/frozen messages never occur when they attempt to flee), but I can confirm for sure that their attempt to flee is a +0 priority action -- any increased-priority move (e.g. Quick Attack) will execute before it, otherwise your Speed needs to be faster than theirs (or have a Quick Claw on hand) to get your move in.
** Most legendaries have a base catch rate of 3/255, or 0.4% (per Poké Ball) at full HP.
** Reduce them to 1 HP, put them asleep, use a Quick Ball at the start of each encounter, you still only have a 9.8% chance (per Ball).
** Therefore, you'll need an average of 10.625 balls to ensure a catch. Purchase at least a dozen before you start hunting!
** However, even this cannot guarantee a catch, it's still a matter of luck:
*** Every time you throw a Quick Ball, there's a 90.2% chance they will escape. 9 times out of 10!
*** Which is roughly a 67.3% (roughly 2 of 3) chance per shake. (capture = four shakes) Yes, 2 of 3 times they will just immediately break right out and escape. Get used to seeing it happen.
*** Even after throwing eleven balls (the "average" amount needed), there's a 33.7% (about 1 in 3) chance that they'll still be roaming around free.
*** The good news? A 66.3% chance (2 of 3) that one of those eleven balls will have caught them by now.

:So ... in the end you just have to be patient and keep trying. Don't give up, you will catch them eventually. --Stratelier 05:01, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
* If the player escapes, will the roaming Pokémon disappear forever?
* Latios (and probably Latias) move to adjacent routes, unlike Cresselia, who seems to teleport randomly all over Sinnoh. Latios/Latias probably also don't appear underwater, and Sinnoh roamers probably don't appear in the water or Battle Park. == They DON'T flee and attack on the same turn ==

: Let's crunch the math.

: Let's crunch the math.

: Let's crunch the math.

: Let's crunch the math.

Flight, movement, etc.
Should their movement behaviors be mentioned?
* Route boundary's meaning is unclear.
* There must be a rate to encountering a roaming Pokémon.
* Do roaming Pokémon recover Power Points between encounters? Do they keep the item one gives them with Trick or Bestow? Route 222 is a route in southeastern Sinnoh, connecting Sunyshore City and Valor Lakefront.

Route description
Just at the beginning of the route, there is a large patch of grass to the north. Along the upper half of the patch's left side are three short paths going west, the middle one of which contains a hidden Potion at its end. Heading east from the patch of grass, there is a fork in the road, leading to upper and lower paths.

The upper path has few Trainers, a soft soil patch, and a thin branch next to a ledge with an item at the end. There is a short path leading behind the gate. To the left is a grass patch, and to the right is a Cut tree that leads to an item.

The lower path is on sand. There are five Trainers here, four that will only battle if talked to. There are a few large boulders scattered around, along with two rocks that can be Rock Smash. To the northeast of the path, there are two buildings: the Pikachu Fan Club, which contains a Trainer disguised as a Pikachu, and a house hosting the Pokémon Size Contest, in which a fisherman will give a prize if the player shows him a large Pokémon of his request. South-east is a short path to two grassy patches which both contain an item.

There is a honey tree and a Trainer near the Sunyshore City gatehouse.
One of the Pikachu is actually a Trainer in disguise who will battle the player using two Pikachu of her own.
The thing is, if you know how the Japanese "alphabet" works, you know that things written 'tu' in romaji are pronounced 'tsu' (not all anymore since the new katakana syllable addition), but if you don't... The Japanese doesn't have a 'tu' syllable that is pronounced as 'tu', the ta-row goes ta, chi, tsu, te, to, but in Japanese keyboards, you only need to put in 'tu' because Japanese people know.
Sorry for the long bla, I guess what I want to say is that her name IS Kamitsure, and the other spelling was probably for Japanese people (or people familiar with the Japanese writing system), but it is highly confusing for the average Bulbapedia user in terms of pronunciation. Eevee-Girl
:You see, while Hepburn romanization dictates that つ and ツ are "tsu", official romanizations can vary greatly from Hepburn. For example, virtually all Pokémon names have official romanizations which are different from their literal romanizations. The idea here is that it was officially romanized as "Kamiture" (in PokéSpe), so that is where the name came from. --<span style="color:#A70000">Snorlax</span><span style="color:#0000A7">Monster</span> 13:55, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
Unfortunately in my case, one person's ill and likely won't be online for a while, and the other has yet to respond. So let's wait till we get official word. <span style="color:#C00;">★</span><span style="color:#C00;">Jo the Marten</span><span style="color:#C00;">★</span> <span style="color:#C00;">ಠ_ಠ</span><span style="color:#90C870;">♥</span> 01:31, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

Yes that sounds fine. But its more than a thought of mine. And not to be too blunt about it but it's quite obvious that it's her. Correct me if I'm wrong please. But getting the official word is the right way to go about it of course. (DTJMan 01:35, 20 February 2012 (UTC))
On BW069, when Cilan had to crossdress as Elesa, I saw that when he was holding her shirt that it had skin tone patches, but on a picture of her in the manga, her navel was showing, meaning that the skin tone patches were her skin. Also, in the anime, Elesa's shoulder blades are visible, indicating that the top patch is showing that part of her chest, yet when Cilan was holding her shirt in BW069, it was a skin tone cloth at that area. Should someone mention in the Trivia section that her shirt is drawn inconsistent on multiple occasions and various sources? PKMNAdventurer 18:04, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
:I do not think so. I feel the clothes during the contest were simply costume garbs, and not exactly what the person wears. For example, that obviously wasn't really Alder's hair, nor could Alder's clothes really fit Ash. So I think Elesa's was simply a costume and made it for people that didn't want to show off their actual skin. This actually isn't all that uncommon for costumes, for people who are a bit more modest than others. So no, I don't personally feel we need to point it out. <span style="color:#C00;">★</span><span style="color:#C00;">Jo the Marten</span><span style="color:#C00;">★</span> <span style="color:#C00;">ಠ_ಠ</span><span style="color:#90C870;">♥</span> 21:11, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
Black Hair?
If anyone has seen the recent anime-style trailer for B/W2, I noticed that Elesa's hair color changed from yellow to black. Not sure if this is okay to add to the page, but I thought I'd mention it. Schiffy 19:22, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

I would think its OK, I'm not an admin, but if I were I'd say yes, but don't say black hair in specific, I'd just say a new attire. Lucario985 Chowolun 19:28, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

I would hold off on adding that if I were you, since we don't have any official confirmation that it's her, as (I believe) we only saw her from behind in the trailer. --Luigi-San 03:14, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
:We saw her from just about every angle, including several close-up facial shots. --The Great Butler 03:20, 19 May 2012 (UTC)

I know it looks a lot like her, but Marriland brings up a good point: Although several other sites have "confirmed" that this is Elesa based on the trailer video, please note that Elesa has blue eyes in Black and White, while the Gym Leader shown above has yellow eyes. Her name was also never spoken in the trailer. Though it is still entirely possible it is Elesa, that's a very deliberate detail that is hard to change (whereas hair color is easily changeable), unless she uses contacts or something — but that's a lot less likely.

As soon as her name is revealed on the official website instead of just on other Pokemon fansites, I will change this, but please remain somewhat skeptical as to whether or not this is Elesa.

I didn't notice this before but thinking about it, it does make sense to wait before just assuming in my opinion.RBK 19:57, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
:The "Elesa" in the video indeed has blue eyes if you pause right before she rips off her cloak. While evidence point to her being Elesa, there still is a chance that it may not be. I'll look into it.
