A Ball Capsule (Japanese: ボールカプセル Ball Capsule) is a special item introduced in Generation IV that can be attached to a Pokémon's Poké Ball to add special effects when the Pokémon is sent out in a battle. In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, this is known as Capsule Decoration (Japanese: ボールデコ Ball Deco).

In the games
Ball Capsules may be accessed from the player's own PC. There are twelve spaces for them to be saved on, and their appearance can be altered by adding Seals/Stickers to their exteriors, which are used to create a variety of special effects. Most Seals can be purchased at the Sunyshore Market in Sunyshore City, while Stickers are acquired upon defeat of Gym Leaders. A total of eight Seals/twenty Stickers can be attached to a Ball Capsule at one time.

If a Pokémon whose Poké Ball has a Ball Capsule is to be released or stored in the Pokémon Storage System, the Ball Capsule must be removed. Likewise, when a Pokémon is traded, the Ball Capsule will automatically be removed.

Some non-player characters in Platinum use Ball Capsules, notable examples include the Sunyshore Gym Leader Volkner and the Elite Four member Flint, who use Ball Capsules on the Poké Balls of their Electivire and Magmortar, respectively.

Ball Capsules and Seals were not present in generations V-VII.
Pokémon the Series
In PTS, Ball Capsules are mainly used by Coordinators in Pokémon Contests held in the Sinnoh region to enhance a Pokémon's stage appearance, as it is important to make a good first impression right out of the Poké Ball.

In this canon, Ball Capsules were introduced in Mounting a Coordinator Assault!, in which Ash and Dawn were seen receiving a Ball Capsule each after registering for a Contest Pass. Ash had never heard of Ball Capsules before and so Dawn explained to him how they can be used in combination with Seals to add special effects when a Pokémon is sent out.

In Sinnoh, Coordinators will receive a Ball Capsule along with a variety of Seals, a Ribbon case, and a rule book when signing up for their first Pokémon Contest, but it is assumed that additional Capsules can be bought at Poké Marts, since Dawn has been seen with more than one Ball Capsule during competitions following the Double Performance format.

While Pokémon Contests seem to be their main use in Pokémon the Series, they cannot be used during Super Contests in the games.
Legendary titans is a term used to refer to the group of Legendary Pokémon consisting of Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, and Regidrago. They are also known as Legendary giants in The Crown Tundra. Fan terms include Legendary golems and Regis. They were also previously referred to as the Regi trio or the Titan trio before the introductions of Regieleki and Regidrago in The Crown Tundra.

Unlike previous Legendary groups, the titans share very similar names, and their types are further estranged from the original Fire, Ice, and Electric that the birds take on (two of the beasts share types with the birds, and Regice Regieleki do as well). Like them, however, the Legendary titans have a master (and like the beasts, a creator) in Regigigas.

Each has seven dots for eyes, arranged in a different pattern, similar to the braille that is connected to their legend. Unlike the birds and beasts, the titans do not have Pressure as their Ability, though the original three titans do share the Ability Clear Body.

History
The Legendary titans have relatively concrete lore compared to other Legendary Pokémon. Long ago, Regigigas is said to have pulled the continents into place, and then created the titans in its image from various materials (an icy mountain, rocks, magma, pure electric energy, and crystallized dragon energy). Regigigas was apparently worshiped by ancient people at one point, as were the original three titans. Regigigas was later deemed too powerful and sealed away in the basement of the Snowpoint Temple, while the three titans it created were spirited to the far-off Hoenn region and locked away in three stone structures, which were then sealed themselves. A message was left in braille to whomever would come to discover the Sealed Chamber, whose only access was via an underwater cavern, in the hopes that one day the Pokémon could be Caught. Separately, Regieleki and Regidrago were sealed in the Crown Tundra's Split-Decision Ruins to prevent them from causing any further destruction and terror.
In the Hoenn Generation III games and the remakes, the player must first unlock the tombs which hold the three titans by solving the puzzle in the Sealed Chamber. Only after doing this will they then be obtainable. Regirock is found in the Desert Ruins on 111. To encounter Regirock, the player must walk two steps to the right, two steps down and then use Strength or walk two steps to the left, then two steps down and use Rock Smash. Regice is found in the Island Cave on 105, and to encounter it, the player must wait two minutes in front of the sign or walk a counterclockwise lap around the walls of the cave. Registeel is found in the Ancient Tomb on 120, and it is necessary to go to the middle of the room and use Fly or Flash to open its cave.
Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl
The original three Legendary titans are only obtainable in Pokémon Platinum if the player has a fateful encounter Regigigas in their party and has entered the Hall of Fame. Regirock is present in the Rock Peak Ruins on Route 228, Regice is present in the Iceberg Ruins in Mount Coronet, and Registeel is present in the Iron Ruins on Iron Island. In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, Regigigas can be encountered in the basement of Snowpoint Temple if the player has the other three titans in their party. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Regigigas is again obtainable in Snowpoint Temple if the player has the other titans, though said other titans can now be encountered by using Discovery Slates in Ramanas Park's Discovery Room.
Pokémon Black 2 and White 2
In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, the original three Legendary titans are obtainable in the Underground Ruins. Normally, the door in the Underground Ruins leads to a chamber where none of the titans are found; however, if one of three special keys is activated, the door will instead lead to the chamber of the titan corresponding to that key. The Rock Peak Key for Regirock is obtained immediately after the player enters the Hall of Fame; after catching Regirock, the player will obtain either the Iron Key for Registeel or the Iceberg Key for Regice. The opposite version's key may be obtained by transferring it with Unova Link from a game that has it, allowing all three titans to be encountered in one game. Regigigas can be encountered in the lowest floor of Twist Mountain if the other three titans are all in the party.
Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, each of the Legendary titans may be encountered in the Ultra Space Wilds by following a yellow Ultra Wormhole to the Cave World during the Ultra Warp Ride. Regigigas only appears here in Pokémon Ultra Moon, though the original three are obtainable in both versions.

Pokémon Sword and Shield
The Legendary titans appear in The Crown Tundra in Pokémon Sword and Shield. They reside in ruins dotted about the Crown Tundra, which cannot be entered until Legendary Clue 2 is obtained. The original three each have individual ruins; however, Regieleki and Regidrago share the same ruin, in which the player must select one of the two to obtain. Each ruin's door is closed unless a certain requirement is met, hinted at in writing on the doors. These requirements are: having the first Pokémon in the party hold an Everstone for the Rock Peak Ruins, where Regirock is encountered; having a Cryogonal be the walking Pokémon for the Iceberg Ruins, where Regice is encountered; whistling at the door for the Iron Ruins, where Registeel is encountered; and having Regirock, Regice, and Registeel be in the party for the Split-Decision Ruins, where either Regieleki or Regidrago is encountered. The Split-Decision Ruins may only be entered after the titans of the other three ruins have been caught, even if the three were traded or transferred from another game. Inside each of the ruins, after the pattern on the floor has been lit up by running over it, interacting with the statue will cause the titan to appear; in the case of the Split-Decision Ruins, the player must mark the pattern corresponding to the titan of their choice, and after the titan is encountered, the tiles that were not part of its pattern are permanently dimmed, even if it was defeated or fled from. If Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, and Regidrago are all in the party, a usually dormant Pokémon Den in the Giant's Bed will activate, containing a Max Raid Battle without allies against a Dynamaxed Regigigas; notably, this Regigigas is level 100.
On defeat, the player will receive the Rock Part, Ice Part, and Steel Part, which not only can be used separately to recruit the titans, but can be combined to create the Music Box, an item which can cause Mew to appear randomly in Buried Relic.
In Explorers of Time, Darkness, & Sky, the Aegis Cave houses all three of the titans as well as Regigigas. The player's team must have the right Unown stones that spell out each typing of the Pokémon (specifically, ICE, ROCK, and STEEL) in order to enter each titan's chamber. If the party does not have these stones, they must enter that titan's cave in order to collect more Unown stones. After beating all three Pokémon, the party immediately heads to Regigigas' Chamber to battle it.
Pokémon Battle Trozei
The Legendary titans each appear as bosses in Colossal Forest. Regirock is the boss of Stage 1, Regice is the boss of Stage 2, and Registeel is the boss of Stage 3. Their trio master, Regigigas, is the boss of the subsequent stage, Stage 4.
Brandon's Legendary titans
The Legendary titans make two major appearances and two cameo appearances in Pokémon Adventures.

Ruby & Sapphire
Steven and the Hoenn Elite Four unsealed the three titans in order to stop the effects of the clash between Kyogre and Groudon from spreading beyond Sootopolis City.
Emerald
Brandon relocated the titans and caught all three of them. He later used them in his Battle Pyramid battle against Emerald, who successfully beat all three of them, earning him the Brave Symbol.

HeartGold & SoulSilver
It was revealed that Palmer had loaned the three titans from Brandon in order to awaken Regigigas, who later joined Diamond's team.

Sword & Shield
Hop, Bede, and Marnie caught another set of the original titans at the Crown Tundra. Because this happened off-panel, it's unknown which of them caught which and what they did with them afterwards.

Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure
In A Novel Test!!, Candice was revealed to own all three members of the Legendary titans. They were later used to awaken Hareta, which was caught by Hareta.

Pocket Monsters Diamond and Pearl: Regigigas Major Capture Operation!!
The Legendary titans appeared in Pocket Monsters Diamond and Pearl: Regigigas Major Capture Operation!!. Kaito, Yuki, and Kento each owned one member of the trio. They were used to awaken Regigigas, which was caught by Kaito.

Trivia
* In Colosseum, the event needed to unlock the Legendary titans is referenced in Battle Mode's Single Battle Mount Battle. The 90th Trainer, Area Leader Axley, has a party consisting of Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Flygon, Relicanth, and Wailord. Flygon is likely included because it knows Dig, which is required to unseal the titans.
* When the titans are encountered in Platinum, , and Sword and Shield, a remixed version of the music used in is played. This theme is also used for Regigigas in Black 2 and White 2.
* Regirock, Regice, and Registeel are the only Generation III Legendary Pokémon to not be featured in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
**However, Registeel has made further appearances in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in the background of the Kalos Pokémon League stage.
* All of the original Legendary titans, as well as Regigigas, share a weakness to Fighting moves, making them the only Legendary trio to share a common weakness, but not a common type.
* The Legendary titans are the first Legendary trio to gain new members from a different generation.
** It is also the only Legendary Pokémon group to be a quintet.
* Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are the only games that Regirock, Regice, and Registeel can be encountered in to not use a remix of the original Generation III battle music; Ultra Sun and Moon use the original, while Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl use an original composition.
* Because the Legendary titans can be encountered after defeating Cynthia but before acquiring National Pokédex in Platinum, it is the only occasion where Pokémon not included in the regional Pokédex can be encountered before the National Pokédex is unlocked in games with National Pokédex outside of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, where such situation is common.
Fire Spin (Japanese: ほのおのうず Flame Swirl) is a damage-dealing Fire move introduced in Generation I. It was TM13 in Sword and Shield, and is TM024 in Generation IX.

Effect
Generation I
Fire Spin has a power of 15 and an accuracy of 70. Fire Spin inflicts damage and traps the target for 2-5 turns, damaging the target at the end of each turn. There is a 37.5% chance that it will attack for 2 turns, a 37.5% chance that it will attack for 3 turns, a 12.5% chance that it will attack for 4 turns, and a 12.5% chance that it will attack for 5 turns. Although only the first hit can be a critical hit, each consecutive turn will deal the same amount of damage. While the target is trapped, it will be unable to attack, and if the user of Fire Spin strikes before the target, when used, the target will also be unable to attack during the same turn.

Damage done by Fire Spin's continuing duration is done after recurrent damage. If the user switches out before the turn duration ends, the target will be unable to attack during that turn. If the target switches out before the turn duration ends, Fire Spin will automatically be used against the incoming Pokémon, deducting an additional PP from the move. If at such a time Fire Spin has 0 PP, Fire Spin will still be used against the incoming Pokémon. After that use, List of glitches (Generation I), and full PP Ups will be applied to it.

In Pokémon Stadium, if the target Pokémon switches out before the duration ends Fire Spin is ended and the user's turn is skipped.

Even if Fire Spin misses, it will negate the recharge turn normally required for Hyper Beam. Additionally, if the user of Fire Spin attacks before the user of Hyper Beam during a recharge turn and the use of Fire Spin misses, the user of Hyper Beam will automatically use Hyper Beam during that turn. If at such a time Hyper Beam has 0 PP, Hyper Beam will still be used, and afterwards its current PP will roll over to 63, and full PP ups will be applied to it.

The target will be able to select a move during each turn of Fire Spin's duration, and will hit an incoming Pokémon with the selected move if the user switches out before the duration is over.

Fire Spin cannot thaw a frozen target.

In Stadium, a move can be selected during each turn of Fire Spin's duration. If the target switches out before the duration ends, the incoming Pokémon will not automatically be attacked. Fire Spin will negate the recharge turn of Hyper Beam only if successful.

Generation II
The target is now able to attack during Fire Spin's duration, and can act normally. Instead, it inflicts 1/16 of the target's maximum HP as damage for two to five turns upon use, in addition to the damage dealt when it is used. The quote "<Pokémon> was trapped!" will appear. It also traps the target, preventing switching and escape. If the user switches out, the target will be freed. If a trapped Pokémon uses Rapid Spin, it will be freed.

Generations III and IV
Fire Spin can now thaw a frozen target.

If a wild Pokémon uses Fire Spin on the player's Pokémon, the player may now escape if the affected Pokémon has Run Away or is holding a Smoke Ball. However, these do not allow the player to switch the Pokémon out. The text also changes to "<Pokémon> was trapped in the vortex!"

If the user of Fire Spin is holding a Grip Claw, the duration of Fire Spin will always be 5 turns. Also, if an affected Pokémon is holding a Shed Shell, it can switch out.

Fire Spin can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 3 bonus appeal points if Sunny Day was used in the previous turn.

Fire Spin is now affected by King's Rock.

Generation V
Fire Spin's power and accuracy were raised to 35 and 85 respectively, and it now lasts for four to five turns. If a Binding Band is held by the user, the damage done at the end of each turn will increase from 1/16 of the target's maximum HP to 1/8. The text changes again, this time to "<Pokémon> was trapped in the fiery vortex!"

Generation VI onwards
The end turn damage of Fire Spin is increased from 1/16 to 1/8 of the target's maximum HP. If the user is holding a Binding Band, the end turn damage of Fire Spin will increase to 1/6 of the target's maximum HP. Ghost-type Pokémon cannot be trapped by Fire Spin.
* Despite the function of binding moves being changed from Generation I to Generation II, Fire Spin's description in Pokémon Stadium 2 still states it makes the target unable to move. This is also the case for Bind and Wrap.
* Fire Spin is the only Fire move introduced in Generation I that cannot inflict a burn, and as a result it is the only one that cannot thaw a frozen target.
