'''-----''', also known as '''DPBox''', and often called the '''[[Generation IV]] [[Missingno.]]''' due to its appearance, is a [[glitch]] Pokémon in [[Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions]]. It has been dubbed "DPBox" by gamers due to its appearance, a white box with two vertical black lines on it. Its blocky appearance draws comparisons to [[Pokémon Red and Blue Versions]]' [[MissingNo.]]

It will appear in a player's party if they attempt to enter a double battle with two [[faint]]ed Pokémon, an [[Pokémon egg|egg]], and a healthy Pokémon in that order in their [[party]]. The glitch does not work when using a [[Vs Seeker]] to enter the double battle. When sent out, it will have {{p|Bulbasaur}}'s cry and will sparkle as if it were a {{shiny2}} Pokémon. In the Japanese version, it is also obtainable in the wild by using a Japanese Action Replay.

It can also appear when one "recruits" a partner trainer (such as [[Riley]]) and leaves the area the partner is "supposed" to be in using a Walk Through Walls cheat; from there, the player must trigger a wild battle (a common method is to walk on water). This results in the partner (who was replaced by a placeholder partner when the player left the "recruitment area") sending out DPBox as a placeholder Pokémon. In Double Battles, DPBox copies the speed of its partner and changes all Pokémon's cries to Bulbasaur's cry. After every attack animation, its HP bar disappears. It has no usable attacks (although it may have glitch attacks) and it doesn't show up on the Pokémon screen.

To get rid of this glitch, place a Pokémon where it appears to be, that Pokémon will be deleted and DPBox will became selectable(if another Pokémon is selected or even pointed DPBox will become unselectable again), after that it can be released or placed in a box. If placed in the box, it will dissappear when the PC is closed. Be cautious because if it isn't in the last slot when the party is full, the Pokémon that's placed where DPBox is will be deleted and DPBox will not be selectable. Also, if it is in the first slot, the game will freeze whenever the party is displayed.

Interestingly, when using the infamous [[Cheating|walk through anything]] code and going into a [[Wild Pokémon|wild]] [[double battle]], a variant of DPBox called [[Invisible Shiny Bulbasaur]] will be one of the two wild Pokémon.

==Glitched Partner Trainer==
As was mentioned above, when one leaves the area where one "recruited" a partner trainer, that trainer is replaced by placeholder data. The reason is because when the player leaves the area, the game assumes that the player is no longer traveling with the partner and it changes all of the partner's data back to placeholder data. However, the game doesn't know that the player is still traveling with them, so when the player gets in a wild battle, the placeholder trainer appears to assist the player.

The placeholder's trainer back sprite is identical to the player's, and their only Pokémon is DPBox.

==Invisible Shiny Bulbasaur==
'''Invisible [[alternate coloration|Shiny]] {{p|Bulbasaur}}''' is a variant of DPBox. It is usually found in [[Sinnoh]]'s [[Oreburgh Mine]] with the use of an [[Action Replay]]. It can also be encounted using the DPBox Double Battle method described above.

Invisible Shiny Bulbasaur always appears at Lv.0 with 0 Max HP, similarly to [[Ten question marks|??????????]] in [[Generation III]]. It is apparently invisible, although it may have a sprite resembling DPBox's (when it uses Struggle in a double battle, the bottom of a sprite resembling DPBox's is visible at the top of the screen). If the player attempts to attack it, the game will assume there is no target and end the battle immediately.

When encountered using the Double Battle method, it is likely to faint; if the player does not run, then after both real Pokémon have taken their turns, one of the glitches will attack the other with {{m|Struggle}}, causing both to faint (one from damage, the other from recoil). From this method, you can also see that its sprite is a duplicate of DPBox's, only placed higher for some reason.

Give the item to be duplicated to any Pokémon, then make DPBox selectable by giving it a Pokémon "to eat", grab it with the glove, then place it in a box beside the Pokémon that has the item, turn the glove into the orange glove and select and drag the glove toward the Pokémon that has the item, then drag it back to DPBox to grab it,keep it grabbed and take the item of it, repeat the proccess.

In it the Pokémon head off into the woods for their own adventure as they help their friends, the [[Pichu Brothers]], get to the train in time to make their way back to their home.

=Synopsis=
The Pichu Brothers are on the train to their town when they get knocked off the train. They crash into a nearby Wynaut and they all bounce near Pikachu and friends, who are hiking.

Pikachu and the others goes on a quest to get the Pichu Brothers to the train. As a side story, Meowth and Wobbuffet is also trying to get to the train, but they're going to have a lot of problems on the way.

After a few sidetracks, the gang camps out in the woods, meeting two new Pokémon. The next morning, it started to rain, so the gang went into a water mill. The Duskull that the group befrended finds Meowth and Wobbuffet and scares them to the mill, accidently starting it. After some wacky hijinks, the group turns off the mill and heads to the train the next morning.

Meanwhile, a flying Pokémon flys by and takes Meowth and Wobbuffet's food, taking them with him.

When the gang arrives, the train was leaving! The group gets on cart and they get near the train, however, only one Pichu managed to get on. The group had only one chance to get the other Pichu on before the train leaves. They succed and the Pichu Brothers and Meowth and Wobbuffet (the flying Pokémon dropped them on the train) and they get home.
