I can&#039;t find a Feebas. I know that it changes with the cool saying at Dewford, but I can&#039;t find it on route 119. I&#039;ve gone up that waterfall and used both my Super and Good Rod, but anywhere I try, It&#039;s just not there. Is it very rare. The article said something about 6 lakes, but there&#039;s only 3 on route 119 and that&#039;s where it&#039;s supposed to be. (I&#039;ve also looked on route 118 and I can&#039;t find it. :It comes from the inner-game data. Remember, Pokémon with 50/50 gender ratios are like flipping coins, the previous flip doesn&#039;t affect the next flip. Pokémon with 25/75 gender ratios is like rolling 4-sided dice, the previous roll doesn&#039;t affect the next roll.
