:Due to the fact that the legendary beasts appear depending on an hourly cycle, and the other extreme is the Swords of Justice cycling through the week, I'm led to believe that the Lake Guardians do a cycle of changing during each day. From my experience, I encountered Mesprit in mid-afternoon (the time interval for it must be after 12:00pm or something), then Azelf pre-midday, and Uxie during the evening (while the sky is yellow when soaring). ::I might say it does check with the times I got them, Uxie at dusk (just after 8pm), Mesprit just before midnight and Azelf in early afternoon. It also should be remembered that changing the time on the console will disable time based events for 24 hours, which is why we can't catch 'em all just by chenging the time of day.
