World's Best Pokémon Drawing Book is a how-to-draw book authored by Ron Zalme, with text written by Michael Teitelbaum. It is based on Generation I and Generation II Pokémon and is suitable for children age nine through twelve. It was first published by Troll Communications on September 1, 2000 and is 32 pages in length. 
This book provides the methods, tip and techniques to draw Generation II Pokémon.
For each Pokémon, three steps are illustrated and explained to help the reader draw the character. The first step shows the basic steps needed to draw the Pokémon, and also labels the order that the various lines and shapes need to be drawn in. The second step shows how to add some details to the Pokémon. The final step shows the finishing touches the reader needs to make to their drawing in order to have the completed character. And if a reader has too many problems drawing the character correctly, they can trace the drawing of the Pokémon that shows up in the third step. The last page of the book encourages the reader to keep practicing.
