Release information

This card was included in the Black & White expansion, first released in the Japanese Beginning Set and Beginning Set for Girls. In Japan, it was later included in the Beginning Set + and Beginning Set Pikachu Version. For the Insect Season of the 2012 Pokémon League Cycle, a special Crosshatch Holofoil of this card was made available.



Poison Sting and Rollout are both moves in the Pokémon games that Whirlipede can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black.
