Aura's Lucario ("PCG-P" Promo 92)

It's been long since decided that a calculation like that on the Bone Rush attack is not notable for the article. Do we state that Geodude from Fossil's average attack damage is 10 in a separate section? No, we don't, because attack calculations are not notable unless they have a major impact on the game (such as a format ban). The attack on the Lucario in question is very similar, only with a higher base damage. If we were to keep the section you've been insistent on adding onto this card article, we'd have to add that section onto ALL cards with damaging attacks and state their average damages. If we were to put down that Wooper from EX Unseen Forces had an average damage of 10 for its first attack and 20 for its second in a completely separate section, that would make things confusing indeed.

Case in point: That section you're insistent on adding is completely unnecessary. Please don't put that section back onto that article or any other article, or else you may find yourself on the outside looking in. --Shiningpikablu252 15:29, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Shhh

Shhh, everyone's sleeping...--Tavisource 06:25, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

I'm sure the admins know what they're doing; I'm not sure where, but if you would like a page regarding things like that, I can't stop you...go ahead...add me to the support list.--Tavisource 05:19, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

Links

done. was going to do them myself yesterday but something came up. thanks for doing them. -- MAGNEDETH 05:20, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

Actually, they were done six days ago. I just needed an admin to edit them in, since they were protected. Thanks. --Raijinili 05:47, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

pokemon cloning

you didn't read what I responded... but it's in my talk page anyways... see? we are not a cheat guide. hfc2X 00:51, 30 October 2008 (UTC)

Why don't you show me where all these other people agreed that we should describe the precise method of cloning? --ニョロトノ666 03:55, 30 October 2008 (UTC)

User Talk

i dont understand what you mean. you want edits to other peoples user talk pages, like im doing right now, to be disallowed? -- MAGNEDETH 01:14, 9 November 2008 (UTC)

Well, the current wording implies that you can edit the userpages of others with their permission, and doesn't exclude the main user page. That has nothing to do with talk pages. --Raijinili 01:16, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
User talk pages are used to communicate with other users. We don't need to state that in any policy; it's what they're for. --((Marton imos)) 01:19, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
i think it was a mis-communication on his part is all. -- MAGNEDETH 01:25, 9 November 2008 (UTC)

Optimatium's Nomination

Just to set the record straight, he doesn't think he's quite qualified for the job, but he does not oppose the nomination. If you want to change your vote, now would be a good time. -- Jïörüjï Ðērākō.>.cнаt^ 22:26, 9 November 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks so much for fixing my template! I'm sorry. I've never done that before, so that was a good learning experience! :D - unsigned comment from Pandamonia (talkcontribs) 17:21, 20 April 2009

Thanks for making the page but...

...you... forgot rule #1 about BP: NO UNCATEGORIZED ANYTHING OR THE ECHIDNA YELLS. TTEchidna 05:03, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

I thought about it, but I figured it was of less importance than actual expansion (it's done as of now). I was just about to ask you about whether you approved (but was stalled due to slow page load on my side), and if you could add it to the Bulbapedia:Messages from the Editor.
By the way, another thing I've been playing around with: {{:ArticleName}} transcludes ArticleName from the Main namespace as if it was a template. More relevantly and less interestingly, {{Namespace:ArticleName}} does the same for other namespaces. I always thought that it was ridiculous for Template:Main Page/Message from the Editor to be in the Template namespace if it's just going to be one article which uses it, and only once. --Raijinili 05:27, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
You do realize I'm honestly not mad. Either way, I prefer to keep those things categorized from the start.
Anyway, those are magic words. And that template is there because we don't wanna have to keep updating such a high-traffic page as the Main Page so often. Plus it keeps things looking neat if we can just build a template around the template call. And yes, it's been that way since the start. TTEchidna 05:32, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, I realized. I didn't think I seemed scared. What about that approval and endorsement, though?
Well, I know why there are subpages, but I can't figure a good reason for them to be in the Template namespace when they should be subpages (as much as they can be) of the : article or of a Bulbapedia: article. --Raijinili 05:37, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Template's just easier to call. Bulbapedia: adds an extra 11 characters. If you're transcluding it as a template, it should usually be in the template namespace. TTEchidna 06:34, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Well, maybe, but I expect that the "Bulbapedia" would be static anyhow. And mainspace would be just one extra character.
And transclusion wasn't built for templates, it's just naturally the most common minor use for it. "Template" sort of implies that you're going to use the code over and over, as opposed to using the pages to break content up into manageable pieces.
It's not that I feel strongly about the namespace difference, as most people won't even get affected indirectly by it, but I'm not satisfied by the logic behind it. --Raijinili 13:45, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

Red link in box

The table you made on Talk:Additional effect is making a red link to "Effects". I don't know how to get rid of it without deleting the entire table, so could you fix it? Glik (talk) 19:55, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

It's done. User:Maverick Nate took care of it. --Raijinili (talk) 02:17, 27 February 2014 (UTC)
