Welcome to Bulbapedia, Mesuxelf!

Here are a few links to help you get started:

The Manual of Style, or MoS, outlines the format of all pages on Bulbapedia.

Our friendly team of staff are here to help! Talk to them if you have any questions or problems with Bulbapedia.

On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), or by using the "Your signature with a timestamp" (button_sig.png) button at the top of the edit window.

On Bulbapedia, the ability to edit personal userpages is a privilege. Per our userpage policy, this must be earned by first making constructive edits to the mainspace. Once you can, remember to keep userspace edits (edits to User:Mesuxelf) to a minimum.

For a complete list of policies and editing advice, please see the Welcome Portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

About new pages

That "Pokemon facts" page... well, when you're making new pages you don't fill them up with trivia like that. That's what the trivia section on every page is for. If you need any help with standards, look at... pretty much any page on the wiki here for an example, really. Be sure to read your welcome (big green box above this message), too. ▫▫ティナ 16:39, 29 May 2010 (UTC)

Trivia

Stop adding trivia, please. What you are adding is pointless and unnecessary. -Sketch 21:16, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

If it's removed, don't add it back. That's a great way to get banned. -Sketch 21:20, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
A reminder. Trivia is very unimportant. It is a good thing if a page has a short trivia section. Please be aware that if any trivia point can also apply to a group of more than five Pokémon, or when only a small number are 'eligible', for the trivia, for example if it specifies a type, if the number is greater than about 10% of the group it is not notable. Trivia which is not notable will be removed. Changes throughout evolution and descriptions of the Pokémon are also generally not notable trivia, as it can easily be seen by the users in the evobox or artwork. None of the trivia you are adding at the moment is notable.
Also, please be aware that this kind of edit is not tolerated. Such edits can be considered vandalism, even if it is immediately undone, when similar edits are made. Werdnae (talk) 22:44, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day. This policy was instated to prevent strain on our server, and also to promote people helping out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! ----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 16:35, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

Hold on!

If you did not read your last warning, then please read it now. You have edited the User: namespace too much. In the past, no one was allowed to edit their userpages because some users were over-editing their own userpages. Your personal editing privileges can be taken away, so please do not edit your page any more for now. Instead, how about helping contribute to some of Bulbapedia's many articles? Thank you. ----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 16:56, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

Welcoming new users

You can welcome a new user by placing {{subst:welcome}} on their talk page. This automatically generates the welcome template, along with your signature and the proper time stamp. Please use that from now on. Thanks. Jellotalk 21:28, 13 December 2010 (UTC)

Signature

Signatures must not contain images. Sorry. Werdnae (talk) 02:15, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

User Tags

Your user page was categorized with the user tags. In the future, please link to tags like: {{User Likes Blue}} rather than copying the code from the page. Thank you. chiefboztalk 05:23, 23 January 2011 (UTC)

Please

Please stop adding names for the Pokémon that aren't confirmed. Serebii is not an official source. Until the names are confirmed by an official source, please don't add them.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 15:17, 2 February 2011 (UTC)

Is this OK?

If you want a list of colour codes, they have them on Wikipedia. If you need it made differently or something, you should reply to my forum page, as while I am fine, the admins don't really like this kind of discussion on the wiki. :( XVuvuzela2010X 19:41, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

You'll need to click the "Treat signature as wikitext (without automatic link)" box beneath your signature in your preferences so that it works properly. Werdnae (talk) 01:33, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Signature

Please remove the image from your signature as it violates the signature policy. --Abcboy (talk) 21:52, 10 January 2013 (UTC)

How? - unsigned comment from Mesuxelf (talkcontribs)
Go to Special:Preferences, then to the Signature box, and remove the file from your signature; then you hit Save at the bottom and that's it. Masatoshitalk 20:25, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
