By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

and don't blank Pokemon pages...that's vandalism..at least you reverted Ataro 03:30, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
I don't believe this user was trying to vandalize. Mistakes happen. As for you Hexagon, if you're still having trouble seeing the sprites, then please be patient. You've uploaded it and so, your work is done. You can purge a page by clicking on the clock at the top of the page. It does help sometimes. Jellotalk 03:33, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
I do apologize if this comes off rude, but the massive delay between syncing of the archives and Bulbapedia is an issue worth looking into fixing.
Slightly off-topic from the original focus of this section, but comments like this may be viewed as spam. I suggest you don't butt into other people's conversations just to nitpick their grammar... Jello's not a fan and neither am I. —darklordtrom 10:11, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
Now, now, only trying to help. It takes a fair portion of insecurity to be genuinely offended by someone offering assistance. —hexagonTHEORY 10:15, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
That's fine, but it was your tone that was a little unsettling :P I don't claim to be perfect, but thanks for pointing it out. It was a silly mistake. Next time though, if it's some major god-awful mistake, feel free to point it out. The small ones I can usually figure out, after I post the comment. Thanks. Jellotalk 10:25, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
Alas, if only inflection were easier to transmit in text; I really meant for it to be light-hearted, but that's incredibly difficult to convey electronically. Perhaps I'll go with a smiley of some sort next time. The thing is, and I do hope you won't take offense, you've used the wrong "it's" four times on your current talk page. Logic says that these aren't mere typos; rather, the recurrence demonstrates that you perhaps don't quite have the rule down. My only aim in bugging you about it is to hopefully have you correct it in future. I genuinely think it's a shame when somebody with an otherwise perfect grasp on the English language tarnishes an entire post with such minute blemishes. As an analogy, it's like receiving a score of 98 out of 100: is a 98 awesome? Absolutely. Would a perfect score be significantly more pleasurable? I contend that it would. </soapbox> —hexagonTHEORY 10:34, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Usertags

These are coded not to show up on talk pages. I'm not sure why it's done like this, but that's why you didn't see it before on QX Deoxys' talk page. —darklordtrom 08:55, 7 November 2010 (UTC)

I figured such, actually, but thank you.

Side games race

Hahaha, well that was my adrenaline rush for the day. :D Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 12:04, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

'Twas quite fun. I'm tempted to tally up the winner, but that's douchy and so I will refrain. Now I'm all full of editing adrenaline but I've got nowhere to put it... : /

*points at your welcome*

Sign your talk page comments, thanks, so that we can see it's you that's doing the talking. Four tildes or a mouseclick (button_sig.png) after each message. Cheers. —darklordtrom 12:08, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

Y'know, common sense really would suffice in 99% of situations; alas, as you wish, mastah. Hexagon Theory 12:13, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

Signature policy

Gotta link to your userpage and/or talk page in your signature. Otherwise, it's pretty. —darklordtrom 07:25, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Affirmative. (But Christ would a WYSIWYG signature editor be useful...) —hexagonTHEORY 07:38, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Sorry

I didn't see the "level-up" part. I thought it meant by the TM. --ケンジガール 22:48, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

As did I, at first, which is why I initially deleted the entire piece of trivia. No matter; everyone eventually falls victim to the fallibility of the human senses. —hexagonTHEORY 22:58, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

Floating high in the sky

Aye, Jigglypuff can float. But only for a short time before it's back down to Earth (similar to a helium balloon) so it's not really a surprise that it can't have levitate. Evidence is (obvs) the Smash Bros. Series as well as in the episode Freeze Frame, Ash, Todd, Pikachu, and Jigglypuff fall down into a gorge and Jigglypuff slowly drifts down by inflating itself with Pikachu riding on its head. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 03:15, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

Yes, I know it's been observed to float for short periods of time, but it seems silly to bother noting that it can't Levitate in its trivia... —hexagonTHEORY 03:20, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
