So..
I'm sure you probably all know about the whole "everyone's paying too much attention to the userspace." deal. Right? Right. There is another thing I'd like to talk about, though..
Signatures.
Okay. So, I know basically everyone on here uses a template for their signature, right? Like say, {{:User:TinaTheKirlia/Sig}}? Don't do that. No matter how freaking much you say that is does not put stress on the server, or how much code it saves up, don't do it. Why? Because it DOES give the server a big workout to do each time you change your signature. It might take up less coding, but it's a bad idea. You guys can go ahead and steal my "magikal" trout and slap me around with it for starting this idea up (I'm pretty sure I'm the one who introduced it, anyway.) but seriously. Don't use the templates. You don't need an extremely elaborate signature linking to all of your userpages with a code that uses over 9000 characters. A simple one will do!!
More when I can think of it. Ughhuh.
