it is true there is a program called PokeSav i think i have it but i dont want to check
it can let you make action replay codes for pokemon diamond and pearl and edit pokemon...
say you have a pokemon in your box it doesnt matter what in this program you can simply go to box editor and tell it that in spot 1 in your box you can change it to be a chikorita and then from there you can simply put in everything you want with it...its stats...friendship...where it came from...what lvl yout met it...contest conditions...attacks...etc. yeah they are probaly both hacked
