Missingno. Master's Victreebel (Japanese: けつばんマスタ ウツボット Ketsuban Master's Utsubot) is a level 100 Victreebel. Missingno. Master captured a Bellsprout on Route 24 in order to assist him win in the Cerulean Gym. Over the ages it evolved into a Weepinbell, and finally into a Victreebel. Victreebel stayed on Missingno. Master's team until he made the fateful desicion to raise only Glitch Pokémon. Victreebel, among other faithful teammates, were stored in the PC.
