Missingno. Master's Kangaskhan (Japanese: けつばん マスタ ガルーラ Ketsuban Master's Garura) is a level 100 Kangaskhan. Missingno. Master captured a wild 'M on Cinnabar Island's coastline, and after teaching it Fly and using it in battle, it promptly evolved into Kangaskhan, retaining its unusual movepool.
