Ketsuban (Japanese: 欠番) is the moderator of Bulbagarden's manga forum and webmaster of Willow Haze. This is because she owns you.
At one point, Ketsuban identified her mental gender as "androgynous". Later, however, she realised that this sort of label is just as silly as saying that one is mentally raceless, or mentally neutral-hair-coloured.
Ketsuban is a Power Nazi who doesn't want anyone but sysops to edit pages.

Real life
Ketsuban ignores her real life whenever she can. This is because she prefer surfing the Internet and pretending to be a space alien or an alchemist on LiveJournal, whereas in real life she's stuck being a dull call center drone.
Accomplishments
Ketsuban became a licensed Pokémon Professor for the official Pokémon TCG in late February, 2005. This means your fate lies in her hands she can judge tournaments and stuff. This is very cool.
Ketsuban is the inventor of the Shippers Cup of Doom.
Ketsuban can speak and read Japanese. This comes in handy for finding what shipping hints are dub-added, and writing manga summaries because Viz is evil. She used to be working on scanslating the eighth, ninth, and tenth volumes of Pokémon PiPiPi Adventure, but is now lazy.
Contributions
Ket has contributed most of the 'pedia's information on Pokémon PiPiPi Adventure and Pokémon Chamo-Chamo Pretty, because those series own. Seriously.
