Personality
Somewhat coarse, but not overly rude. A reserved opportunist, he grabs the three most useless agents he can find (Jessie, James, and Meowth, of course) and tricks them into the most dangerous job by giving them free food. He also has a thing for making bad jokes off and on.
History
It is presumed by many fans that he may be Professor Oak's long-lost son, due to a striking resemblance to both the Professor and Gary, but this is only speculation within fanon. Aside from this, he has no real concrete history.
Relationships with other members
He leads the acquisition team for Professor Sebastian's 'evolution inducement' experiment.
