Twister (Japanese: たつまき Twister) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation II.

Contents

Effect

Twister inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of causing the target to flinch. It hits both opposing Pokémon in a double battle.

If used against a target in the aerial stage (first turn) of Fly or Bounce, Twister will deal double damage (just like Gust).
