- Torkoal, being a pure Fire-type, should not be Fighting-type in the TCG. It's possible that the creator of this card mistook Torkoal for a dual-type Fire/Ground or Fire/Rock.
- This makes Torkoal the only non-Delta Species, non-Dark, and ownerless Pokémon to have a TCG type that does not correspond to its game type.
