Tomohiro Kitakaze

Tomohiro Kitakaze is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. He has illustrated only one card for the Trading Card Game: Minccino, from the Next Destinies expansion. He was also listed in the staff of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver under "Special Thanks" though it is currently unknown exactly what role he played in the development of that game. The staff of Pokémon Black and White lists him under "2-D graphic design" and "Pokémon designer," though it is also unknown which specific Pokémon he designed. In addition to his work for Pokémon, Tomohiro Kitakaza is also listed in the credits of another Nintendo game, Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier, as staff of Monolith Software, Incorporated.
