Dive is a move in the Pokémon games, though Togetic cannot learn it; however, it should be noted that the Japanese name for this attack does not refer to Dive and is a card game-exclusive move. Rainbow Moves' effect is similar to that of the TCG version of Metronome, which Togetic can learn.
