Three Island is the most populated of the Sevii Islands cities, however, there is still no hustle and bustle as is common in the biggest cities in regions like Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. When the player first arrives here, he or she will need to fight off several invading Bikers, and only then will the PC become available for use as Celio and Bill connect the Pokémon Net Center to Bill's PC system in Kanto. When you first arrive in Three Island port, you see two bikers, and when you enter the town, a whole gang of bikers. Defeat them and head over to the Bond Bridge to the Berry Forest to rescue Lostelle, a man on Two Island's child, froma Hypno level 30.
