Why isn't the Arceus shiny?

By all means, it should be, because normally people who cheat will try and make the Arceus shiny. But I don't want to edit it myself for fear of doing something wrong. Who knows, maybe there's a good reason why it isn't. Ztobor 00:05, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
