Just an easier way of clearing a page's sides, like in articles where the infobox extends so low it crushes the navigation template at the bottom. TTEchidna 04:21, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

This template is exactly the same as {{clear}}, however this one's been used more and it has a shorter name. Though with Template:Clear, it's easier to tell what it's for (plus has a description on the page), and fits with the other templates, {{left clear}} and {{right clear}}. Which one should we use?
