Talk:Tucker's Swampert
From Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.
this page isn't necessary to keep.
i figure other anime characters have Pokémon have descriptions, so I've decided to make them for
The Frontier Brains.
- See, this kind of falls into a gray area. One one hand, we do have pages for Erika's Gloom and Lt. Surge's Raichu, but only because those were slightly more important Pokémon.
- By the way, if the page isn't necessary, then why did you create it? --PAK Man Talk 19:56, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
1)im bored. 2)Frontier Brains are my favorite =)
but, like I said, it doesn't matter if it's deleted, I did this for fun...it took like 3 seconds...with minor difficulties -__- →User:Thomas1652
Personally, I think the Frontier Brains should have pages for their Pokémon, I mean, they're about as important as the Gym Leaders, since they're ingame characters. --Ricco 12:04, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, they can have pages. But only the most important of them can have an article for itself. We can't have pages for everyone. Jmath 17:43, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- The question is, which of Tucker's Pokemon is more notable- Arcanine or Swampert? Both of them were portrayed equally in battle, as I recall. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talk • contribs) 19:14, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- If you have a decision, then this'll apply for Tate/Liza's Pokémon as well... ht14 19:50, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- I honestly hope we don't have an article about Tate and Liza's Pokémon. They did nothing other than battle. How does that make either one of them notable? --PAK Man Talk 19:54, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- They're notable for the same reason as Lt. Surge's Raichu, Erika's Gloom, Falkner's Pidgeot, and Roxanne's Nosepass- they belong to gym leaders, and are their main Pokemon. Now, back on the subject of Tucker. Personally, I think we should keep both. Tucker didn't seem to favor one over the other at all. And seeing as they were both used simultaneously in a double battle, and seemed to display equal strength, more or less.... It really comes out to a tie, I think. - unsigned comment from Missingno. - Same discussion was held on Tucker's Arcanine page. I still say, since they're double-battle partners, they should share their page. It would apply for Lunatone and Solrock as well, plus save space, instead of repeating info over twice. ArcToraphim 20:08, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
