Pokémon Ranger: The 1st Mission?

Oh, right... This was brought to my attention a few weeks ago, and I was wondering if we knew anything about it? Basically, I heard about it from a friend who heard about it from a friend, and all I can determine from that photo is:

1) It's by Ihara.

2) The title is "Pokemon Ranger: The 1st Mission".

3) It was released shortly before the original Pokemon Ranger game came out in Japan.
