Cleanse Tag doesn't do what it should
"Prevents Pokémon with a lower level than the holder from appearing if the holder is first member in the player's party." That's the listed effect. However, being in an article about Repel, it doesn't repel Pokémon as it should! I'm sick of walking through grass with my Level 68 Typlosion and get attacked by lower levels while it is holding the Cleanse Tag. I'd like to take it out; however, I doubt myself, so I want others to try it out, too. I LOVE ZELDA, TOO. (Link of Hyrule) 17:31, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- It merely lowers the encounter rate, as opposed to eliminating wild encounters altogether like a Repel would. I'm not sure by how much, though. ▫▫ティナ♫★ 17:50, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
Blaclk & White Glitch?
Sometimes, if you use a Repel before entering a room it wont repell Pokemon, but until it wears off you cannot use another Repel, has this happened to anyone else? Or are there places where the repels don't work? For me its happened in Giant Hole (cave) and Mistralton Cave (bit before Cobalion), to name a couple. XVuvuzela2010X 15:54, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
- If your lead Pokémon is an equal or lower level than the wild Pokémon in the area, wild Pokémon can still appear. You sure it's not that? Blazios 15:58, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
- I actually had no idea about that. So, since I was trying to level-up weaker Pokemon, yes, that's obviously whats happened. XVuvuzela2010X 20:23, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
