Why "lady sun and lord moon"?--Haruka uzumaki 15:54, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Mostly because Amaterasu, the Shinto sun deity, is a female. Meanwhile, Tsukuyomi, the moon deity, is either male or just androgynous.--Loveはドコ? (talk contribs) 01:04, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
