Does this lower it by one level, and is it 100% likely to happen?

This page isn't formatted like the others. I'd fix it myself, but I'm not 100% sure I know how this move is supposed to work. Talonos 22:34, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

It's 100% likely. How isn't it formatted like others? What's different about it? Myles (talk - contrib) 23:19, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
This page: "Mud-Slap inflicts damage and lowers the target's accuracy." Example of page with standard formatting: "Octazooka inflicts damage and has a 50% chance to lower the target's Accuracy by one stage." The wording in most other articles is incredibly specific. I've been going through all the moves and putting them in an Excel file, so when I came across this one, I noticed immediately is wasn't as specific. So, it is 100% likely (which is assumed if there is no listed percent) and it lowers it by one stage? I think I'll edit it, then.
