Games obtainable in

Why are some games highlighted while some games aren't? For example, it seems like Power Pikachu would be obtainable in Pokémon Japanese Blue and Green, but the article doesn't say that. --Enervation 01:43, 31 August 2011 (UTC)

Well, in Generation I there were game language issues - you couldn't communicate properly between different language games. Also, the competition was only open to US and Canadian residents. The promotion also specified Pokémon Red, Blue, or Yellow. So even if one of the 1000 US or Canadian residents who won owned a Japanese game and was willing to send it in, and they accepted it, it is very unlikely the Mew would even be compatible with the game.
